The wall thickness gauge can measure material thicknesses up to 300 mm / 11.81″. To measure the thickness of a wide variety of homogeneous materials, the corresponding sound velocity can be stored in the wall thickness gauge. For materials such as steel, aluminum, zinc, silver, and gold, the appropriate sound speeds are already stored in the device’s universal wall thickness measurement function.
The meter can store individual maximum and minimum values; if the measured value of the test specimen is outside the limits, the wall thickness gauge emits an audible signal in addition to the visual display, if necessary
After a series of measurements, the recorded measurement values can be analyzed directly on the wall thickness gauge. The recorded data is displayed graphically on the wall thickness gauge. In addition, you can zoom in on each individual measurement point and read the data from the wall thickness gauge’s graph. For a simplified analysis of the measured values, the wall thickness gauge displays the average, maximum, and minimum measured values.
