A lift table scale is a practical combination of a height-adjustable worktable and a scale. This stable combination enables ergonomic work in logistics and shipping, packaging, or order fulfillment. By weighing items directly on the lift table scale or using the piece-counting function, you can combine two work steps, thereby saving time. At the same time, using a height-adjustable lift table ensures more ergonomic work, as the working height can be optimally adjusted to the employee’s individual needs, especially when handling heavy parts, which allows for back-friendly work. The work surface of the lifting table consists of a platform supported by two arms of equal length attached to the base frame of the scissor lift table. The arms rotate around an axis located in the center of the legs, which allows the platform to be raised and lowered smoothly.

Thanks to its stepless height adjustment, the hydraulic lifting table scale allows you to work quickly, more comfortably, and with less strain on your back. This lifting table scale consists of a sturdy folding lifting table that can be adjusted to an individual working height of 350 to 1,130 mm. The hydraulic lifting scale can lift loads of up to 2 metric tons (2,000 kg) and weigh with a resolution of 0.5 kg. The lifting scale features a closed work surface measuring 1,300 x 850 mm. The work surface of the hydraulic lift table is surrounded by a safety rail that immediately stops the descent in the event of a jam to prevent potential injuries. The lift table is operated—that is, raised and lowered—via an external control unit equipped with buttons for lifting, lowering, and emergency stop.

The weighing functions of the lifting table prevent the actual weight from exceeding the specified limit, thanks to adjustable alarm thresholds (overload protection). The piece-counting function can be used to verify completeness, and the summing function allows you to add up the total weight of multiple items and transfer it to a computer or print it to an optional printer along with the time and date. The lifting table scale is delivered in two parts. On the one hand, the system consists of weighing beams anchored to the ground. In the second step, the folding lifting table is bolted to the weighing beams, and power is supplied to the lifting table scale and the hydraulic unit. Assembly is now complete, and the hydraulic lifting table scale is ready for use.

Accessories
The lift table scale can be combined with other accessories to expand the system’s functionality. In addition to the analog interface (4…20 mA), a data logger can be connected to record measured values over a longer period of time. It is also possible to use computer software to transfer measured values to other data processing programs. For direct documentation, a printer can be connected to the lift table scale to document or log the results. If you need to read or check the measured values from a distance, you can also use a large display.

Safety Note: The specified load capacity of the lifting table applies only if the load is evenly distributed and sufficiently secured to the floor.
