PCE-MND 10-ICA Noise Meter with ISO Calibration Certificate
Noise meter in accordance with standard IEC 61252:2002 / Measurement range 70 … 140 dB / Alligator clips /
for use in ensuring workplace safety / Battery life >15 hours / USB interface /
Key lock / Frequency weighting A, C, and Z
This noise meter has been specifically designed to measure noise exposure in the workplace and complies with the IEC 61252:2002 standard. With a measurement range of 70–140 dB and frequency weightings A, C, and Z, the sound level meter is ideal for this purpose. The time-averaging mode of the sound level meter can be set to fast, slow, or impulse. With its built-in 470 mAh battery, the sound level meter has an operating time of 15 hours ( >).
Up to three virtual sound level meters can be configured on a single sound level meter. The advantage of this is that up to three measurement standards can be measured simultaneously. The sound level meter’s display has up to 14 measurement windows, each of which can be adjusted individually.
Data is transferred from the noise meter to the computer directly via the charging station. The noise meter’s software allows you to view and analyze the stored measurement data. In addition, all settings for the noise meter can be configured through the software. Another unique feature of the noise meter is that the charging stations can be connected to each other. The advantage of this is that multiple noise meters can be charged from a single power source. Up to four noise meters can be charged simultaneously from a single power source.
To ensure optimal stability and positioning, the noise meter is attached to the worker’s work clothes using two alligator clips. The distance between the ear and the noise meter should be between 10 and 15 cm.
