The PCE-CS 1000N-ICA is a digital, electronic, battery-powered industrial scale that displays measurements in kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and freely adjustable units. The scale includes hooks/straps, a remote control, and an ISO calibration certificate.
The durable aluminum housing of this industrial scale allows for weighing even under the harshest indoor conditions. The industrial scale runs on three standard 1.5 V AA batteries, providing approximately 65 hours of continuous operation. The industrial scale features a backlit LCD display with large, easy-to-read numbers. The backlight timing can be adjusted to extend the operating time.
Other features of the industrial scale include: gross/net weighing, totalization, data hold, zero function, energy-saving automatic shut-off, and the ability to display units of measurement that the user can freely adjust. This means that the user can save a conversion factor in the industrial scale so that the weighed product is not displayed in kilograms or pounds, but in some other unit of measurement, such as meters (e.g., 1 kg = 1.25 m). Additionally, the industrial scale features linear calibration to ensure high accuracy.
