A calibrated platform scale is ideal if you don’t want to install the scale in the floor. Simply place the platform scale in your entryway, secure the platform scale and access ramp using the mounting plates included in the delivery package, plug the control terminal into the power outlet, and you’re ready to start weighing. We perform an initial calibration of the platform scale before shipping, so it can be used immediately even in trade-calibrated applications.

The platform scale has a low profile of only about 5 cm, allowing for easy access even with heavy loads. The platform scale comes standard with an access ramp; a second access ramp is available as an optional accessory. The platform scale’s display has a bracket that allows it to be mounted on a wall or table; a tripod for the platform scale is also available as an optional accessory. The platform scale’s functions include: piece counting, max/min weighing, recipe weighing, percentage weighing, average weight calculation, totalization function, tare memory, and an adjustable RS-232 interface.

Scaling Software
Use of a parallel scale / TXT file storage / Keypress simulation at the cursor position / Multilingual The multilingual scale software allows you to transfer weighing data from various PCE scales to a computer. Depending on the software license, you can save readings from multiple scales simultaneously. The license is tied to a workstation and can only be installed on one computer. This software has two different product codes: the “Basic” version (for a single scale) and the “Pro” version (for an unlimited number of scales). The scale software displays data in tabular and graphical formats. At the same time, the statistics table displays the number of weighings, MIN Weight, MAX Weight, Average, Total, Standard Deviation, and a Good–Bad classification for the selected scale. Each weighing is stamped with the time and date to ensure traceability. An overview of each active weighing is available at any time. For greater clarity, each scale can be given its own name. Weight data can be saved simultaneously as a TXT file or transferred to the active cursor position as a keyboard input simulation. Depending on the capabilities of the connected scale, weighing values can also be retrieved using the computer weighing software. This can be done manually or automatically at freely definable intervals. The scales are connected via RS232/USB or LAN.User languages: German, English, Spanish, Chinese, French, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Dutch, and Portuguese.

Important! The scale software is only compatible with PCE scales!
