THERMAL CAMERA: HIGH-END TECHNOLOGY AT A MID-RANGE PRICE

The XC600 thermal camera impressively demonstrates that high-quality thermography does not automatically entail high costs.

This cutting-edge, trend-setting detector features 307,200 autonomous temperature measurement points, each of which records the instantaneous temperature values of the measured object nearly sixty times per second and displays them on a 3.5-inch PanoFold touchscreen. This is four times more data than a 320 x 240-pixel camera, resulting in significantly greater measurement accuracy.

The XC600 also has a very high geometric resolution of 0.65 mrad, which allows even minor issues to be accurately detected from a greater distance. This thermal camera measures temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +600 °C—and optionally up to +1500 °C—and can detect temperature differences as small as 0.06 °C.

Everything comes with the XC600—because it’s all already included

In addition to precise, real-time, high-resolution measurements, this thermal imaging system offers continuous 10x zoom, fast laser-accurate autofocus, integrated distance measurement, interval recording, IR video, and numerous measurement functions—all powered by a high-capacity Li-ion battery for extremely long measurement periods. The XC600 thermal camera leaves nothing to be desired and is delivered ready for use in a hard-shell carrying case along with high-quality analysis software.

THERMAL CAMERA WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY

A distinctive feature of the XC600 is its exceptionally durable design, which ensures long-term, trouble-free operation even under the harsh conditions of a construction site. This pistol-grip thermal imaging camera, manufactured in the EU, features rubber guards on all sides and is constructed with an impact-resistant two-component design that meets IP54 protection standards.

Flexible display management: The innovative PanoFold screen can be rotated 180° and flexibly 270° at the same time, so the XC600 no longer needs to bend over or twist to inspect hard-to-reach objects.

Focused on efficiency

The focus of this thermal camera can be adjusted either automatically or manually, and with the XC600’s 10x digital zoom, you can freely select the measurement area. Optional interchangeable lenses further expand the range of applications.

The built-in laser rangefinder is also helpful for all measurement tasks. When it is turned on, the measurement distance to the object can be read directly from the screen, and the measured distance is also transferred directly to the camera settings to continuously optimize measurement accuracy. The XC600’s standard equipment is complemented by a 5-megapixel real-image camera and a photo lamp, as well as a laser cursor designed for visual target detection.

A THERMAL CAMERA CAN MEET PRACTICALLY ANY NEED

All of the XC600’s features are designed to ensure user comfort and operational efficiency. The temperature range limitation (range) and selection (level) settings commonly found on thermal cameras in this class do not need to be preset in the XC600 menu; as they can be configured directly using the cursor keys, and changes can be monitored in real time on the screen.

Full-radiometric infrared videos are also available upon request

The XC600’s optional IR video feature allows full-radiometric infrared video to be transmitted to a computer simultaneously with measurements, where it can be evaluated and saved directly in real time using software, creates optimal conditions for a very thorough analysis of measurement results. This feature allows, for example, a detailed investigation of the heating and cooling behavior of electronic and mechanical components or other objects over a specified period of time.

Detailed measurement screen via DuoVision Plus

The DuoVision features integrated into the XC600 thermal camera allow for a wide range of settings for real-time display during measurements. With the picture-in-picture display function of DuoVision, in addition to displaying infrared or visible images, it is possible to combine both image types in various overlays.

In addition, the optional DuoVision Plus feature combines infrared image data with high-contrast, high-detail visible-light images from the camera, displaying an extremely detailed thermal image overlay in real time on the camera screen.

This type of display significantly facilitates orientation, localization, and assessment during measurements, allowing damage or defects to be detected and identified more quickly. In addition to many other features, the included software also offers the DuoVision function for displaying overlay documentation.

Maximum user convenience as standard

The XC600 offers an unparalleled range of features and capabilities. In addition to the features mentioned, the user can, for example, save images at regular intervals. This allows you to record a series of thermal images at a preselected recording frequency, such as every 30 minutes. This recording interval is ideal for documenting long-term thermal behavior. Optionally, voice comments can also be recorded directly with the IR image via Bluetooth using a headset.
