Operators can use the PCE-TC 30N high-resolution thermal imaging camera for preventive maintenance to detect emerging faults in machines and equipment. The PCE-TC 30N thermal imaging camera features an ergonomic design for one-handed use. Thanks to its very light weight of 389 g, it is ideal for analyzing machines and systems. In maintenance and service applications, the thermal imager is used, for example, for visual inspection of bearings and bearing housings, heat exchangers, steam separators, etc., or for inspecting electrical installations. The PCE-TC 30N thermal imaging camera, with a sensitivity of less than 0.1 °C / 0.18 °F, offers maximum accuracy of ± 2 °C / 3.6 °F or ± 2% in the temperature range of -20 … 300 °C / -4 … 572 °F. The thermal imager’s color display automatically locates and highlights the hottest and coldest spots in the image. A built-in LED helps locate sources of error more easily in low-light conditions. Powerful features allow for the immediate detection of machine irregularities, enabling appropriate measures to be taken on-site to prevent them. Saved thermal images can be transferred to a computer or laptop using the appropriate connection cable.
