PCE-WVS 50 Vibration Meter
Accelerometer / OLED display / / frequency range 10–1000 Hz
A distinctive feature of the accelerometer is its ability to operate in the following modes: Classic vibrometer—this means using the device as a general indicator of vibration levels, measuring peak values, and diagnosing misalignment or rolling element bearings using the damping factor. As a result, the accelerometer displays the current and average values. The averaging period for vibration values can be individually adjusted as desired.
This mode is useful for the daily monitoring of equipment: pumps, gearboxes, electric drives, and turbochargers—including individual components of rotating equipment and the equipment as a whole—providing a general overview of the vibration status of a company’s industrial equipment. The accelerometer is a portable vibration monitoring assistant that significantly improves the vibration monitoring process, making it extremely simple, convenient, and accurate.
