IC300 Professional, Full-Featured Real-Time Thermal Camera
Always in the picture thanks to real-time display
The IC300’s highly advanced sensor technology is capable of continuously detecting even the slightest temperature changes. The state-of-the-art 384×288 detector contains 110,592 independent temperature measurement points, each of which records the current temperature values of the measured object fifty times per second and displays them on a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD display.
Thanks to the high refresh rate, no image—and thus no important thermographic information—is missed, and every thermal image is displayed in real time. Only a high refresh rate combined with 50 Hz technology ensures fatigue-free operation and blur-free recording of even moving measurement objects.
Highly accurate even at high temperatures
A geometric resolution of 1.89 mrad and a thermal sensitivity of 0.05 °C ensure accurate real-time thermograms in any measurement situation, up to a temperature measurement range of +650 °C. The IC300 thermal imager also enables area analysis and differential measurements at up to four movable temperature measurement points, three of which can be configured individually. In addition, you can use the alarm or isotherm function to display user-defined temperature limits with a specific color or an alarm signal — ideal for detecting dew points on surfaces — and with the integrated hot-cold spot detection, there’s no need to search for the hottest or coldest spot in the image. Thanks to the short minimum focus distance of just 50 cm, you can also examine objects in close-up shots with precision.
Professional thermography is easy
Weighing just 500 g, the IC300 thermal imaging camera fits perfectly in the palm of your hand, and its rugged IP54-rated design has been tested for 25G shock and 2G vibration to withstand harsh environments. The combination of control buttons and a large 3.5-inch touchscreen makes operating the IC300 thermal imaging camera both simple and intuitive. This helps you reach your goals faster and use the camera more effectively.
Just see more—with DuoVision
The IC300’s practical DuoVision technology offers a wide range of settings for real-time display during measurements, such as combining infrared and visible images into a thermal image with an emphasis on contours. Combined with a continuously adjustable 16x zoom, the IC300 offers you maximum flexibility, even when viewing distant details. This expands the range of possible applications for inspecting hard-to-reach or specially secured areas.
Infrared recordings can be saved not only as individual images but also, if desired, as non-radiometric MPEG-4 videos directly to the camera’s SD card. Your advantage: Unlike single-frame snapshots, IR videos can also be used to visualize processes such as the heating and cooling of electronic and mechanical components or other objects over a specific period of time.
Record full radiometric infrared videos and analyze them in real time
When connected to a computer via USB and using the IR-Report NG software installed on it, you can also analyze and save full-radiometric infrared videos directly in real time—a unique feature in this price-quality class!
“Touch and Play” – all settings are accessible in real time via the touchscreen
Regardless of the display type, device parameters, or measurement analysis settings, all IC300 functions can be easily configured directly via the touchscreen, using the corresponding sub-icons, which are perfectly tailored to user convenience and work efficiency.
For example, with the IC300, the configuration options commonly found in thermal cameras of this class for limiting the temperature range (span) and selection (level)—which are common in thermal cameras of this class—do not need to be preset in the menu and then verified in the live image; instead, they can be configured directly using the cursor keys, and the changes can be observed in real time on the screen.
Various Options for Displaying Images
In addition to displaying either an infrared image or a real-world image, users can display both types of image data as a combined view with any level of overlay intensity.
In addition, the optional DuoVision Plus feature combines infrared image data with high-contrast, high-detail visible-light images from the camera, displaying an extremely detailed thermal image overlay in real time on the camera screen.
This type of display greatly facilitates orientation, localization, and assessment during measurement, allowing damage or defects to be detected and identified more quickly.
Includes high-quality analysis software
You’ll receive the IC300 thermal imaging camera fully ready for use, along with the “IR-Report NG” analysis software.
This professional software program offers you a wide range of features for evaluating, organizing, and documenting measurement results. With “IR-Report NG,” you can configure isotherms, generate histograms of temperature statistics, perform point, line, and rectangular measurements on thermograms, and create and export reports.
In addition to the infrared and real-image displays, all recordings can also be viewed on the DuoVision picture-in-picture display with any level of overlay intensity, and on the DuoVision Plus screen as a combination of the infraredand visible images to form a heat image with enhanced contours. DuoVision Plus images created and recorded in this way combine the information from the radiometric image with the high-contrast details of the real-time image, thereby enabling better assessments and even more professional documentation.
