Top-of-the-line TTR 300 rotary dryer
Thanks to its excellent air-drying capacity even at low dew points, the TTR 300 high-quality dehumidifier is versatile enough for use in both production facilities and storage areas to regulate humidity, as well as to protect against corrosion and condensation in moisture-sensitive environments and basements.
The TTR 300’s advanced Monoventic electronic airflow control system allows for infinitely variable, demand-based regulation of the required dry airflow.
The dehumidification performance of the TTR 300—and thus its energy consumption and noise emissions—can therefore be adjusted as needed at any time, such as for smaller rooms or applications that require only a small volume of air.
The TTR 300 is also the ideal solution for installing intermediate floors.
All filters can be replaced quickly and easily without opening the unit.
German product design from Trotec
A standard DIN slot for external switches allows the TTR 300 to be controlled using an optional hygrostat, timer, or other external switching devices with a compatible DIN connector.
The standard equipment for the TTR 300 desiccant dryer includes, in addition to integrated heat recovery, a self-regulating electronic regeneration air heater consisting of thermistor elements (PTC), whose performance depends on the inlet air temperature and the volume of regeneration air.
The advantage of this solution is its optimal performance and the fact that overheating is impossible, making safety thermostats unnecessary.
The TTR 300 standard operating hours counter is optionally available as a dual counter for operating hours and kilowatt-hours.
Operating Principle of the TTR 300 Adsorption Dryer
TTR-Bisorp-Mono
A fan for process and regeneration air is installed in front of the rotor. A portion of the dry air flow is used for regeneration.
All TTR adsorption dryers feature reliable silica gel sorption rotors with a washable and mechanically very stable design. The chemical stability of the silica gel ensures that water vapor or clear water will not damage the rotor. Light impurities, such as dust, only reduce the rate of moisture removal.
Depending on the design of Trotec’s adsorption dryers, the process air and regeneration air are routed in different ways.
