The TTR 160 adsorption air dryer is suitable for use industrial processes require low humidity levels for preventive maintenance, or when moisture-sensitive goods and raw materials need dry ambient air for storage and transport.

The dryer features reliable silica gel sorption rotors that are washable, mechanically very stable, and of high quality. In addition, the TTR 160 features an integrated operating hours counter and an electric PTC regeneration heater.
Standard 4-pin connector for external connections. For example, the TTR 160 allows for flexible remote control via an optional hygrostat, timer, or other external switching devices with a Tuchel plug connection.

The TTR 160 ensures reliable moisture removal in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing.

The TTR 160 is a so-called “Plug-in” adsorption dryer manufactured in Germany for humidity control in production and storage areas, or for protection against corrosion and condensation in moisture-sensitive environments or facilities.

This easy-to-maintain stainless steel unit not only ensures high dehumidification performance, especially at low dew points — its housing is also characterized by high corrosion resistance and good hygienic properties.

For this reason, the TTR 160 is ideally suited for all work environments where special hygiene standards apply.

In addition to standard integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment also includes a self-regulating electric regenerative air heater made of thermistor elements (PTC), whose power consumption depends on the inlet air temperature and the volume of regeneration air.

The advantage of this solution is, on the one hand, optimal power regulation and, on the other hand, the fact that overheating is impossible, which eliminates the need for safety thermostats.
