CONDENSATE DRYER NEXT240/480 0°C to +40°C

NEXT regulates the relative humidity of the air passing through the machine, making it highly energy-efficient compared to traditional technology. As part of a ventilation system or as a standalone unit

Typical applications include process plants, cold storage facilities, the food industry, water treatment plants, ice hockey rinks, and other large spaces with high air volume and high humidity levels.

With our patented technology and smart features, it may be possible to reduce energy costs associated with moisture removal by more than half!

High power

The NEXT240 can continuously remove 240 kg of water per day. The NEXT480 can handle twice that amount, or 480 l/24h.

Turbo function

In Turbo mode, the NEXT can handle double the humidity load in a shorter amount of time—for example, when doors are open. This allows it to measure for standard operation while still withstanding higher humidity loads for short periods.

Easy installation

NEXT is designed to be connected to existing ventilation ducts, but it can also operate independently.

The Airwatergreen liquid desiccant dehumidification system operates on the principle of absorbing water vapor from the air.

The systems use a liquid absorbent called BAS. BAS is non-toxic, does not evaporate, does not contain corrosive chlorides, and is not broken down by common airborne pollutants.

The temperature and concentration of the solution—that is, its vapor pressure—determine the BAS’s ability to remove or add water vapor from the air.

The BAS concentration can be adjusted so that the air conditioner delivers air at any desired relative humidity within the range of 30–90%.

The figure below shows the main components of a liquid desiccant system. Conditioned air can be heated/cooled and humidified/dehumidified by coming into contact with the BAS in the air conditioner.
