Formaldehyde (HCHO) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are certainly the most common and dangerous groups of substances in terms of indoor air exposure.
Therefore, with the BQ16, you can measure both concentrations simultaneously and in real time, ensuring that indoor air pollution remains within safe limits. The BQ16 detects even the lowest concentrations, starting at 0.01 ppm or 0.01 mg/m³.
Regulators typically specify limit values in mg/m³ or ppm (parts per million). For this reason, the BQ16 was designed so that you can display all measured values directly in mg/m³ or ppm with the push of a single button.
The BQ16 is pleasant and easy to use: after turning it on, the meter automatically determines the prevailing HCHO and TVOC concentrations. Both measured values are displayed simultaneously on the BQ16’s easy-to-read, backlit screen.
Thanks to the integrated MIN, MAX, and HOLD functions, you can display the highest or lowest measured value at any time during a measurement and, if necessary, save the current measured value. This practical measuring device is also equipped with an automatic shut-off function to conserve battery life.
