The Coway APMS-0815C Air Purifier and Humidifier is a unique air purifier that not only effectively purifies the air but can also add moisture to the room where it is located. The Coway APMS-0815C is designed primarily for bedrooms, but it’s also perfect for other rooms in the house. The Coway APMS-0815C also makes a big difference in offices, where poor air quality and dry air are common problems.
Despite its compact design, the Coway AP-0815C can purify up to 270 m³ of air per hour. Converted to square meters, this means that in a living space of approximately 56 m² with standard ceiling height, it can circulate all the air twice per hour. The Coway APMS-0815C can humidify up to 450 ml per hour and has a water tank that holds 2.3 liters of water.
The Coway APMS-0815C air purifier and humidifier features all the smart functions characteristic of Coway products. It has a light sensor, which means that when the device is in automatic mode, the sleep mode function activates automatically when the lights in the room are turned off, and the device operates in quiet mode. You can also turn off the small LEDs on the top of the unit that indicate the operating mode. The sleep mode feature means that the APMS-0815C is also well-suited for bedrooms or other rooms where it should be quiet and dark. The air purifier emits an alarm when it’s time to replace the filters (HEPA filter and activated carbon filter). With a simple push of a button, you can turn on a dim lamp located beneath the air purifier. This lamp provides mood lighting for the room.
The Coway APMS-0815C is equipped with a filter set that includes a pre-filter, an odor-removal filter consisting of activated carbon granules, and a highly efficient HEPA filter. It also comes with a filter designed for humidification. This filter combination removes 99.5% of all airborne particles up to 0.3 micrometers (μm). A humidifier for the office that also purifies the air is the ideal solution.
Humidification is provided by a natural evaporation system. Air is drawn into the air purifier and passed through three air purifier filters. The dry, clean air then passes through a humidifying water filter, naturally increasing its humidity. The maximum room area that the air purifier can humidify is approximately 25 square meters.

Air Quality Indicator – The LED indicator provides real-time information about air quality by changing between 4 different colors.
Auto Mode—the best and most energy-efficient operating mode, in which the fan speed is automatically adjusted based on the current air quality.
Sleep Mode – Activates automatically when the APMS-0815C is operating in Auto Mode. When the room gets dark, the air purifier’s light sensor detects this and sleep mode is activated. The air quality indicator turns off and the fan becomes ultra-quiet. Sleep mode allows the air purifier to be placed in the bedroom.
Silent Mode – Select this mode for ultra-quiet operation; in addition, the range hood consumes only about 5 W, making it a very economical and environmentally friendly operating mode.
Turbo Mode – Select this mode for high energy efficiency when you want to quickly ventilate and circulate air and achieve maximum humidity.
Automatic Shutdown – If the front panel is removed, the APMS-0815C will shut down.
3-Stage Filter System – The Coway APMS-0815C has three filters that, together, remove 99.5% of all particles up to 0.3 micrometers (µm). The pre-filter traps hair and dust particles and does not need to be replaced. Behind the pre-filter is an activated carbon deodorizing filter in granule form, which removes odors such as food, cigarette smoke, car exhaust, and other unpleasant smells. At the very end is the HEPA filter.
Filter Replacement Indicator – The APMS-0815C alerts you when it is time to replace the activated carbon filter and the HEPA filter. The alarm is reset with a simple push of a button located on the top of the unit. Under normal use and with new filter sets, the deodorizing and HEPA filters should be replaced approximately every 12 months.
The APMS-0815C particle sensor is a sensitive device that continuously measures indoor air quality. In Auto mode, the fan speed is automatically adjusted based on how the particle sensor responds to air quality. The particle sensor’s sensitivity can be set to one of three levels (high, medium, or low), with medium being the factory setting.
The particle sensor is cleaned regularly according to the instructions.
