The perfect combination of convection heat and infrared radiation

Unlike many other heating devices or radiators, the TCH 2050 E radiant heater does not emit heat into the room from just one direction. Instead, the combination of convection heating and flint-based infrared heating elements ensures that the warmth is felt throughout the room. In addition, the heating elements heat up particularly quickly, so you can enjoy the warmth within seconds. It’s best to place the TCH 2050 E in the center of the room so you can benefit from even and rapid 3D heat distribution.

Thermostat control to ensure high comfort and low energy consumption

With the remote control and intuitive membrane-button control panel, you can quickly and easily select between two heat settings (1,200 watts and 2,000 watts). The current room temperature is always displayed on the LCD screen. To help you optimally adjust the TCH 2050 E’s heating output to your room temperature, it features smart temperature control via a thermostat.

Simply enter the desired room temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C. The thermal wave heater will then heat the room until the preselected temperature is reached, at which point it will automatically turn off. As soon as additional heat is needed, the heater will automatically turn back on to maintain a constant room temperature. This process is particularly efficient and energy-saving, as the heater only heats up as much as is necessary to ensure pleasant and comfortable warmth.

QUIET AND DUST-FREE HEAT

Since the Trotec heat wave heater does not require a fan, unlike electric space heaters, it does not stir up dust in the room. This is particularly welcome not only for people with allergies and asthma. In addition, the TCH 2050 E generates heat completely silently, making it ideal for use in a bedroom, for example. This way, you can enjoy a relaxing and restful sleep even in very cold rooms—for example, when spending your first night in a vacation home that hasn’t been used for a long time.

Timer function – programmable on/off settings

The convenient heater’s practical 24-hour timer is both convenient and energy-efficient. If desired, the device can be set to turn on or off completely automatically after a preset period of time (1–24 hours). For example, you can set the heater in your bedroom to turn itself off after you fall asleep. Or you can preheat the kitchen in the morning so you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee.

Safety First

To ensure safe operation, the infrared heater is equipped with overheat protection that automatically shuts off the unit if there is a risk of overheating. The stable heater is also well protected against accidental tipping—for example, by pets, careless guests, or rowdy children— as the integrated tilt switch deactivates the TCH 2050 E immediately if it tilts out of position.

Made from natural mica, these 3-layer mica heating plates generate pleasant infrared radiation in a very short time; unlike conventional radiant heaters, this radiation is emitted not only in one direction but simultaneously both forward and backward. Another advantage of high-quality mica heating elements is their full-surface, even heating. Intense radiant heat is generated across the entire surface without any loss of efficiency and without consuming oxygen.

Heat that fills a room, based on the principle of the sun

Infrared radiation works according to the same natural principle as the sun. It does not heat the air, but rather the surfaces of the objects it strikes. Objects store the heat and gradually release it back into the room, so that the heat continues to have an effect even after the radiant heater is turned off. Infrared radiation creates a pleasant sensation of natural warmth on the skin, similar to that of sunlight.
