Customized to meet customers’ specific requirements and equipped with a 400 mm-thick rotor to achieve the best possible deep absorption of water molecules; The open design allows for extremely easy maintenance, stainless steel ensures long-term reliability, and PLC control with a display terminal. As optional extras, the machine can be equipped with a regeneration heat exchanger, a pre-cooling water coil, a post-cooling water coil, and a post-heating water coil. RS485 ModBus interface or other protocols, as well as other accessories or special customization upon request, or for different voltages.

The air dryer operates with two air streams. The main air stream, PROCESS AIR, is dried, and the smaller air stream is used to regenerate the rotor material. Two high-efficiency fans inside the machine create separate air streams through the rotor.

PROCESS AIR passes through a desiccant rotor, where the rotor absorbs moisture.
This moisture removal process is reliable at extreme temperatures, ranging from as low as
-30°C to as high as +40°C.
During the process, the rotor is rotated very slowly, guiding a friction-contact belt directly onto the rotor’s surface.
FILTERS
The dryer has two separate G4 filters: one at the process air inlet and the other at the high-temperature regeneration air inlet. Higher-grade filters are available as an option.
PLC CONTROL WITH TOUCHSCREEN TERMINAL
All standard units are equipped with PLC control. The PLC controls the following functions: regeneration temperature control, thermal protection, regeneration cooling timing, component startup sequence, and alarm reset.
RH or dew point control (depending on the required control) and control of pre- and post-cooling or heating.
If desired, it can be adapted for connection to remote control systems. Support for various MODBUS protocols can be discussed with the technical department if the process requires it.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
The electrical panel is manufactured in accordance with European Directives 73/23 and 89/336. All units include the following components as standard: a mains circuit breaker, thermal-magnetic circuit breakers (for fan and electrical resistance protection), fan relays, gear motor relays, and heating element relays (if applicable).
The panel is equipped with a terminal block with dry contacts for ON-OFF remote control and a dry contact for a general alarm.
