TTR 500 D Adsorption Dryer
The TTR 500 D impresses not only with its high moisture removal capacity—even when the dew point temperature is well below 0 °C, but also with maximum operational flexibility thanks to the dual operating principle of the TTR Trisorp adsorption air dryer:
Two separate air ducts for air drying and regeneration, along with two separate fans for each circuit, enable efficient, pressure-neutral recirculating air operation, whether the dehumidifier is installed outside or inside the treated space.
Drying with recirculating air using the TTR 500 D ensures energy-efficient moisture removal while achieving a higher degree of dryness:
Unlike conventional air-cooled systems, the TTR 500 D can achieve a dew point temperature that is up to 30 °C lower than the “outside air,” which supplies the regeneration air with a nominal volume of dry air. As a result, dew points are well below 0 °C, leading to significantly drier conditions and much more energy-efficient operation!

All TTR-D models come standard with the advanced Duoventic airflow control system, which allows for the continuous, independent electronic control of both fans in separate air circuits.
Duoventic thus allows you to fine-tune the humidity and flow rate of the dry air separately, without having to install energy-saving dampers to regulate the air volume, as has often been the case until now.
Thanks to Duoventic, you can always quickly tap into the full performance potential according to your needs without any retrofitting, while at the same time configuring any climate scenario with just one unit:
Extremely dry air with low airflow, a larger volume of dry air, or maximum recirculation capacity with a moderate proportion of dry air.
A standard DIN slot for external control allows the TTR 500 D to be controlled via an optional hygrostat, timer, or other external control devices with a compatible DIN connector.
In addition to integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment of the TTR 500 D drying oven includes a self-regulating electric regeneration air heater made of thermistor elements (PTC), whose power consumption depends on the inlet air temperature and the volume of regeneration air.
The advantage of this solution is, on the one hand, optimal performance control and, on the other hand, the fact that overheating is impossible, which eliminates the need for safety thermostats.

The TTR 500 D is also ideal for installation in intermediate floors. Thanks to the wide selection of TTR system accessories, the TTR 500 D can be connected to the regeneration air inlet via a hoseor pipe connections for a spatially separated air supply, or used in combination with an air dryer and various Z-Line filters of different filter classes.
All filters can be replaced quickly and easily without opening the unit.
