Frali’s FDK Series professional stationary air dryers are high-performance, compact, easy-to-install units that can be used for a variety of purposes. They feature a high-efficiency polyurethane filter that is washable and easy to replace, and can be connected to a stationary drain. They are equipped with sturdy handles for easy handling, rubber feet, and a built-in mechanical dehumidification system. Frali FDK-series industrial air dryers come standard with a hot-gas defrosting system, electronic and thermostatic controls, and operate at temperatures close to 0 °C.
The hot-dip galvanized sheet is coated with epoxy powder paint, which ensures high resistance to atmospheric conditions and harsh environments.

Refrigerant Circulation – Evaporatorand Condenser: The coil is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins.
Condensate collection tank – None . The unit requires a permanent drain.
Condensate lift pump – optional equipment.
A condensate lift pump kit for installation outside the dehumidifier is available. This allows condensate to be removed from a height of up to 3.5 m above the unit’s location. Equipped with a fault alarm that stops the unit.
Axial fan, statically and dynamically balanced.
The air filter that comes standard with the device is washable and easy to replace.
Controls the defrost cycles, the compressor timer, and the alarm board.
Located at the front of the machine.
Tests are conducted to check the integrity of the cold chain. Electrical and functional tests are also performed.

Conformity is declared on the basis of the following harmonized technical standards: CEI-EN 60335-2-40, CEI-EN 55014-1, CEI-EN 55014-2. We also confirm that the product has been manufactured in accordance with the applicable RoHS Directive, i.e., Directive 2002/95/EC, which was transposed by Legislative Decree No. 151 of July 25, 2005 (Article 5).
