BM18 Wood and Material Moisture Meter
The ideal moisture meter for firewood.
With just a single control knob, you can turn on the BM18 and adjust all settings—such as selecting between wood moisture and construction moisture measurement modes, and choosing between °C and °F for temperature readings.
When measuring temperature, the device displays the current ambient temperature. To measure humidity, press the probe tips a few millimeters into the material being measured. This will give you accurate and fast results. When measuring in a dark environment, simply turn on the backlight.
When the device is not in use, it automatically turns off after 30 seconds to ensure a long battery life. If the battery voltage is too low, this is displayed in a timely manner on the easy-to-read screen.
To measure wood moisture content, the device includes calibration curves for wood species commonly found in Europe. Therefore, no additional settings are required to determine the moisture content of the wood.
