PCE-TG 75A-ICA Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, including ISO calibration certificate

Ultrasonic thickness gauges with data memory / adjustable sound velocity / calibration reference mounted on the housing / material thickness measurement up to 225 mm / limit value alarm / optionally with ISO calibration certificate

Ultrasonic thickness gauges can measure material thicknesses of up to 225 mm. To ensure that the thickness of various homogeneous materials can be measured, the corresponding sound speeds can be stored in the ultrasonic thickness gauges. For materials such as steel, aluminum, zinc, silver, and gold, the appropriate sound speeds are already stored in the device’s memory. This means that ultrasonic thickness gauges can be used universally.

The limit value function of an ultrasonic thickness gauge allows you to save individual maximum and minimum values. If the measured value of a test specimen is outside the limits, ultrasonic thickness gauges provide a visual indication of this. If necessary, ultrasonic thickness gauges can also provide an audible signal in addition to the visual display. Ultrasonic thickness gauges are therefore used, for example, in quality assurance and for inspecting incoming goods.

Ultrasonic thickness gauges have a data memory where measured values can be stored. After the measurement process, the stored measured values can be analyzed directly on the ultrasonic thickness gauges. The stored data is displayed graphically on the ultrasonic thickness gauges. In addition, you can zoom in on each individual measurement point and read the data from the gauge’s graph. To simplify the analysis of the measured values, the ultrasonic thickness gauges display the average, maximum, and minimum measured values. Ultrasonic thickness gauges can be optionally equipped with an ISO calibration certificate.
