PCE-TG 300-HT5-ICA Wall Thickness Gauge, including ISO calibration certificate
Wall Thickness Gauge Wide measurement range / Up to 600 mm / Pulse-echo or echo-echo mode / For all homogeneous materials / Print function via Bluetooth / USB connection
The PCE-TG 300-HT5 is a wall thickness gauge with specialized sensors designed for a variety of applications. In general, the wall thickness gauge can measure the wall thickness of all homogeneous materials. A special sensor is available for materials such as plastic or castings that absorb or scatter sound. The 90° angle sensor allows for measurements even at hard-to-reach measurement points. The sound velocity can be freely adjusted on the wall thickness gauge, allowing it to be adapted to a wide variety of materials.
The measured values are displayed directly on an easy-to-read TFT color screen. Thanks to the internal memory, which can be read out using optional software, various measurement points can be clearly stored. The non-destructive ultrasonic measurement method also allows for measurements on finished products. Thanks to the Echo-Echo operating mode, even coated workpieces can be measured (only with the PCE-TG 300-P5EE transducer).

Accessories:
USB cable for the PCE-TG 300 computer software – price: 196 euros + shipping
Ultrasound coupling gel (100 ml) – 28 euros + shipping
– Improves contact between the sensor head and the material being measured
– Temperature range: -10 to 80°C / -14 to 176°F.
– Protects the material’s surface from the sensor head
– 100 ml size
K-Gel High-Temperature Bonding Gel – 108 euros + shipping
Contact gel is used when measuring material thickness with ultrasound. The gel ensures good contact between the transducer and the workpiece. High-temperature contact gel can be used at temperatures up to 350 °C / 662 °F.
– Can be used up to 350°C / 662°F
– Capacity: 100 ml
