Welding Fumes and Dust
The Centra-Flexi filter is designed for welding fumes and grinding dust (not explosive dust).
Vertical Cassettes
Centra-Flex features a vertical cartridge configuration optimized for filtration and cleaning. When the cartridges are installed vertically, dust particles fall vertically into the dust collection bin. With horizontally installed filter cartridges, dust accumulates on the top side and reduces the cartridge’s filtration area.
Easy to maintain
To optimize compressed air purification, the filter cartridges are only 200 mm thick. They are mounted vertically on bases, with 4 cartridges on each base. The tray is secured with a retainer and can be easily released and pulled out horizontally. The typical service life of the filter cartridges is several years.
Compressed Air Purification
A programmable device controls the purification of compressed air. Purification takes place during operation when a preset pressure drop is reached and stops when a preset lower pressure drop is reached. After the device is turned off, one or more cleaning cycles are automatically performed. Quick-release dust container The dust container is equipped with 125 mm wheels. The handle allows you to move the container without bending over. Quick-release mechanism with extension levers. A plastic bag can be placed inside the container for easy dust removal. Fan and exhaust outlet The Centra-Flex can be equipped with a fan mounted on top of the filter unit or as a separate unit. The exhaust hose for the separate fan can be installed in three directions.

Including a powder-coated steel filter box, a trash can with wheels and a handle, 16 filter cartridges, each 7 m² (112 m²), and a compressed air tank with cleaning valves and a controller. The fan must be ordered separately.
Centra-Flex 150 to 6,000–15,000 m³/h.
Including a powder-coated steel filter box, a trash can with wheels and a handle, 24 filter cartridges, each 7 m² (168 m²), and a compressed air tank with cleaning valves and a controller. The fan must be ordered separately.
Centra-Flex 200 to 8,000–20,000 m³/h.
Included are a filter cabinet made of powder-coated sheet steel, a trash can with wheels and a handle, 32 filter cartridges (each 7 m²; total 224 m²), and a compressed air tank with cleaning valves and a controller. The fan must be ordered separately.
