The system is equipped with a frequency converter and a pressure monitoring system. This ensures a constant level of productivity, and if necessary, you can adjust the output as you see fit to save electricity and extend the filter’s service life.
The unit features an automatic program that turns the unit on and off at selected times. Welding fumes are removed in the best possible way.
Removing Welding Fumes
The Diluter welding fume extraction system is a standalone filtration system, specifically designed to reduce and control the background concentration of solid particles and aerosols in welding fumes generated in workshops. This ensures that the legally permitted limit values for welding fumes are not exceeded.
The Diluter system is the best solution based on its parameters when welding fumes cannot be removed at the point of generation and local exhaust hoods cannot be used, for example, when manufacturing products with large surface areas, when various welding processes take place in different locations, or when it is difficult to install exhaust ductwork.
It also saves time, since there is no need to constantly adjust the direction of the cube’s exhaust pipe.
The Diluter system circulates the indoor air throughout the room. A central filtration system removes pollutants from the air and recirculates the filtered air back into the room through exhaust vents.
Recirculation reduces the need for fresh air. Air that has been heated or cooled using costly equipment (ventilation) remains inside the workshop, which reduces costs and the environmental impact of operations. The Diluter system is easy to install because it does not require ductwork, which significantly reduces labor costs.
In collaboration with AS Stokker’s technicians (equipment installers) and our air quality specialists (who perform air quality measurements), we will find the best solution for you.
