Plymoth (H13/W3) Mobile Welding Fume Exhaust System (Sweden)
The Plymoth MF HEPA welding fume filtration unit is a portable welding fume extractor. With its two-stage filtration system and spark protection plate, it protects the filters from damage.
The primary cartridge filter is up to 99% effective, and by removing larger particles, it extends the service life of the main HEPA filter, which is over 99.95% effective (H13/W3). Both filters are easy to replace, ensuring that the MF HEPA is always ready for use.
The powerful 1.1 kW motor moves over 1,000 m³/h through the exhaust hood to ensure safe filtration even when welding stainless steel.
This portable welding fume extraction unit is equipped with a highly flexible 3-meter (160 mm diameter) Flexi extraction hose, a pre-filter, a HEPA filter, and a cover. Simply connect it, turn it on, and you’re ready to weld. Available in 3 m and 200 mm diameters.
It is also suitable for welding stainless steel.
This unit is suitable for light-duty welding (up to ~16 kg of standard wire or 8 kg of electrode per month), as well as for TIG welding.
