The water droplets emitted by the humidifier are small, which prevents water vapor from condensing on surfaces, meaning that no wet spots form in the rooms.

The Idealin Superfog air humidifier is easy to use and is effective for quickly humidifying a room. Only the Idealin Superfog and Fogmax humidifiers are capable of this, with the Superfog having a humidification capacity of 3–5 liters per hour and the Fogmax 6–8 liters per hour.

It is important to note that Idealin humidifiers are very easy to install and can be easily moved from one location to another. All that is required is water (a water supply line or, if one is not available, an additional water tank) and electricity.

Superfog is a version of the Idealin Fogmax that has been customized and developed by Itec. In Estonia, Itec is represented by Pro Air OÜ.

The Fogmax device may cause surfaces near it to become slightly wet. If the device is used in locations other than high-ceilinged halls, greenhouses, plant cultivation rooms, or areas where it is necessary to keep the mist suspended in the air (suitable for Fogmax), it is advisable to use the Superfog humidifier as a solution so that the water droplets evaporate as quickly as possible.

Centrifugal water atomization disperses microscopic water droplets measuring 3–5 microns, which evaporate immediately and thus rapidly increase the humidity. The escaping water vapor can be directed either upward or to the side.

The Superfog air humidifier is quick and easy to use; all you need is a power source and a water connection (from a water tank, if necessary—see the accessories section).

What is centrifugal water evaporation?

In this irrigation method, water is sprayed onto a rapidly rotating disc or discs, and centrifugal force propels the water with great force through a fine mesh, breaking the water stream into microscopic droplets and creating a mist. The humidifier’s fan distributes the mist throughout the room and significantly accelerates its evaporation, ensuring a rapid increase in humidity levels. The water droplets are so small (3–5 thousandths of a millimeter) that they evaporate almost instantly and increase the room’s humidity level. Using this technology, the Idealin Superfog can quickly and effectively achieve very high humidity levels (> 90%).

The Idealin Superfog humidifier is virtually maintenance-free

The device’s central spray system does not require any additional spare parts that are necessary for other humidifiers, such as humidification filters. Since the components used in the device are high-quality and reliable, the device must be cleaned periodically to remove limescale caused by hard water.

In dusty conditions, Superfog can be equipped with a protective filter, which cleans the incoming air to prevent dust from entering the device, while also significantly extending the device’s service life and allowing it to be used in industrial environments where microdust is suspended in the air.

Extremely easy installation

The humidifier requires an electrical connection and either a water supply or a water tank to operate. Its compact size, light weight, and “ready-to-use” design make it indispensable in many settings.

Superfog is equipped with a float that automatically regulates its own water supply. This also means that the device does not require a water pump, and the water pressure in the pipes is sufficient for the device to operate efficiently. The desired humidity level in the room can be controlled using a hygrostat, which turns the unit on or off. This saves both energy and water. There are two hygrostats to choose from: the Hale Hygro Control, which is a reliable solution suitable for the vast majority of situations; and the ultra-precise Idealin DigiCon—a solution for situations where an exact humidity level is critical.

Like standard Idealin humidifiers, the Superfog is equipped with a 2-meter water hose that can be connected directly to a 1/2-inch fitting, as well as a 1.5-meter power cord. Optional accessories include rotors (120 degrees and 360 degrees), water hoses, a water softener, a humidistat, etc.
