The air dryer can operate 24/7
Centrifugal spraying produces droplets measuring 5–10 microns, which evaporate easily and quickly increase the humidity in the room. The water vapor can be directed upward and to the sides.
The Ideal Fogmax air humidifier is easy to use and simple to connect to the water supply; all you need is a power source and a water connection. If there is no water connection, you can add a water tank, which is sufficient for the device to start working. You can find the water tank and other accessories in the Accessories section.
The unit’s exceptionally high capacity can generate very high humidity levels (up to 100%), which, depending on the circumstances, allows for a humidity level of 50–55% in rooms up to 800 m². Centrifugal force
The device sprays water onto rapidly rotating discs; centrifugal force propels the water with great force, forcing it through a fine mesh, which breaks the water into very small droplets. The device’s fan disperses the resulting mist and accelerates evaporation. The water droplets are so small (5–10 thousandths of a millimeter) that they evaporate quickly and raise the room’s humidity level in a short time. Thanks to this technology, the Idealin Fogmax humidifier can achieve very high humidity levels (> 90%).
Maintenance-free humidifier
The humidifier does not require replacement parts such as humidification filters. The components used in the device are high-quality and durable. If the room that needs humidification is dusty, it’s a good idea to protect the unit with an intake dust filter, which you can find under “Accessories.” The filter prevents dust from entering the humidifier and allows the unit to be used in harsh industrial conditions.
Easy installation
The power and water supply are sufficient for the device to start operating. Its compact size and light weight make it indispensable in many settings. The device can be lifted and moved to the desired location.
Fogmax is equipped with a float that controls the water supply. No water pump is needed; the pressure from the mains water supply is sufficient for the humidifier to operate. The desired humidity level can be adjusted using a hygrostat, which turns the power on and off according to the settings. There are two options for this: the Hale Hygro Controller, which is an accurate and reliable solution for most locations and situations, and the Idealin DigiCon, which is ultra-precise.
Fogmax is equipped with a 2-meter FE hose that can be connected directly to a 1/2-inch water inlet, as well as a 1.5-meter power cord. These parameters can be adjusted using optional accessories. The device can also be set to move using a rotor, which distributes moisture more evenly throughout the room.
