Idealin FOG 360 Industrial Air Humidifier

The Idealin FOG 360 is a professional/industrial air humidifier designed to be suspended from the ceiling in large spaces, such as warehouses or grow rooms, to effectively humidify the space while taking up minimal floor space.

The FOG 360 is quick and easy to set up; the kit includes mounting hardware, a water supply hose, and a power cord with a plug.

Centrifugal Spraying

The device sprays water onto a rapidly rotating disc; centrifugal force propels the water outward with great force, forcing it through a fine mesh where it disperses into a fine mist. The device’s fan disperses the mist and accelerates evaporation. The water droplets are so small (5–8 thousandths of a millimeter) that they evaporate quickly and increase the humidity in the room.

When the FOG 360 is suspended from the ceiling, the humidifier can disperse mist from a central location, ensuring that moisture is distributed in all directions and maintaining a consistent humidity level throughout the room.

Low maintenance

This central spray system does not require spare parts, such as humidification filters, and the components used are high-quality and self-lubricating.

We recommend hanging the device so that it is accessible for periodic cleaning; we also recommend running the device on “dry” mode if it will not be used for a while, to ensure that no water remains in the reservoir. This is done to prevent bacterial growth in the water. Running the unit until all the water has been used up is not harmful, so it can continue to operate without any problems for a while after the reservoir has emptied.

Easy to set up.

The power and water supply are sufficient, and the device’s compact size and light weight make installation quick and easy in many locations.

The FOG 360 is equipped with a float that regulates the water supply, no water pump is needed, the water line pressure is sufficient. The desired humidity level can be adjusted with a hygrostat that switches the power on and off. There are 2 options available for this; Hale Hygro Control , which is an accurate and reliable solution for the vast majority of situations, and Ideal in Digicon , which is also highly accurate at humidity levels above 90%.

The FOG 360 comes with mounting hardware, a 5-meter FE water hose connector, allowing the sprinkler to be connected directly to a 1/2″ water connection, and a 4.5-meter power cord with a plug.
