IDE 60 kW District Heating Fan Heater
Large volumes of clean, dry, warm air thanks to the 60 kW heating capacity of this powerful and cost-effective heating unit — the IDE 60 diesel-powered district heating blower combines an affordable price with excellent heating performance in a single unit, and is our top recommendation as a reliable, budget-friendly solution for typical oil-fired heating applications on construction sites, warehouses, and workshops, or in agriculture.
The IDE 60 diesel-powered heat blower can easily withstand prolonged use, as it features a wear-resistant housing made of double-coated material, supported by a smooth-running chassis design complete with cable guides and an integrated fuel tank.
If the optional flue gas exhaust system is used, this heater can also be flexibly used to heat enclosed spaces.
The IDE 60 heat blower can run on either diesel fuel or heating oil, depending on the application, and a high-quality Danfoss injection pump ensures a continuous fuel supply. An external fuel filter allows for easy access, and the current fuel level can be conveniently read from the level indicator integrated into the tank.
A permanently installed thermostat is used to regulate the temperature; it features a digital dual display showing the setpoint and the actual value; if the oil-fired heater’s fan needs to be controlled from a remote location, an external thermostat with a 25-meter connection cable can also be installed.
IDE Diesel-Fueled District Heating Blower—Maximum Heating Capacity, Clean Heat
The IDE series of heat blowers is ideal for spaces with limited ventilation where people and animals are present. It is also a good choice for speeding up the drying process in buildings and in rooms where there is a fire hazard due to the presence of flammable materials.
In a district heating system, the heated air is completely separated from the combustion chamber.
The air is heated as it passes through the expanded section of the combustion chamber, the heat exchanger. The fan that blows out the hot air also supplies the necessary combustion air, but the combustion products are vented out through the chimney.
To obtain clean and dry heat at the same time, it is recommended to use indirect heating devices.
Unlike direct-fired heaters, no combustion products or water vapor are released into the room air when the optional flue gas exhaust system is used.
Advantages:
- A particularly economical solution for standard oil heating
- Integrated fuel tank with fuel level indicator
- Electronic Fire Protection
- Overheating Protection
- Stainless steel combustion chamber
- Integrated thermostat with two displays for actual and setpoint values
- Connection for an external thermostat
- To easily change the chassis position
