TTK 900 MP Construction Dehumidifier
Easy to transport, the ultimate condenser dryer for professional drying
Designed as the benchmark for professional construction dehumidifiers, the TTK 900 MP leaves virtually nothing to be desired. Its robust construction and durable components ensure the highest level of dehumidification and long-term reliability. Thanks to the ideal interaction between an exceptionally powerful and efficient rotary compressor, an ultra-robust high-pressure radial fan, and the ideal synergy of high-quality electronic and mechanical components, the TTK 900 MP impresses with its excellent dehumidification capacity, especially at low ambient temperatures.
A centrifugal fan with high airflow, with dry air on both sides
The TTK 900 is equipped with a double-sided dry air outlet, allowing the dry, dehumidified air to be distributed quickly throughout the room. In this way, the dry air blown out by the high-pressure centrifugal fan can flow evenly throughout the room directly through the two air outlet sides without any back pressure—a huge practical advantage for quickly drying large spaces!
At the same time, the TTK 900 MP was consistently engineered for maximum mobility when changing locations and in harsh working environments. That is why, in addition to an adjustable-thrust carriage, the TTK 900 MP features large wheels without rubber treads—all integrated into a sturdy metal frame.
With minimal energy and space requirements, the TTK 900 MP is the ultimate building dehumidifier, designed for drying out water damage and for keeping large warehouses in the water industry or those with low ambient temperatures dry.
An effective process for achieving high humidity levels of up to 100 l/24 h
For efficient air drying, the TTK 900 MP is equipped with a powerful automatic hot-gas defrosting system in the bypass process, which requires only very short defrosting phases, thereby increasing performance and making it ideal for efficient air drying at low temperatures, such as in unheated rooms.
If necessary, the hydrostat can also be connected to the TTK 900 MP so that humidity-controlled drying can take place automatically during continuous operation. A condensate pump is also available for draining condensate across the floors.
100% Construction Dryer — the name says it all
A commercial air dryer cannot simply be called a “building dryer” just because of its name. The name implies a specific function: the unit must be capable of continuously dehumidifying large volumes of air in a cool environment on a construction site. After all, building dehumidifiers earn their keep by dehumidifying—not in a warehouse, and certainly not in a workshop.
That is why the TTK series of construction dehumidifiers has been consistently designed for high humidity and a long service life. The units operate reliably and without interruption even during continuous use on construction sites—and when maintenance is needed, it can be performed faster than ever before:
Innovative central chassis—maintenance-friendly modular design
The TTK 500 and TTK 900 MP feature an innovative central chassis from which the sturdy metal housing can be quickly and easily removed. Ideal for maintenance, servicing, and cleaning.
Not only is all of the electronics specially encapsulated and thus reliably protected against harmful precipitation—it also features a modular design, and all individual electronic modules are plug-in units that are easy to maintain. Replacing individual modules is therefore quick and easy, even right on the construction site: unplug the connector, replace the module, plug it back in—done. This minimizes downtime caused by maintenance.
Refrigerant R-454C — lower GWP, greater efficiency, and safety
The refrigerants currently used in compressor-based dehumidifiers often have a high global warming potential. This is one reason for the phased phase-out of F-gases in the EU—and Trotec is naturally committed to using a refrigerant for its latest-generation TTK construction dehumidifiers that is not only environmentally friendly but also just as safe and efficient.
R-454C delivers results in all three categories—environmental friendliness, safety, and efficiency. That is why R-454C is our refrigerant of choice for high-performance TTK construction dryers.
Unlike natural refrigerants such as propane, R-454C is flammable only at high ignition energies, so there is no risk of explosion even in the event of a leak, which allows for easy and safe use and maintenance of the heat exchanger. . The non-toxic R-454C is ideal for hermetically sealed refrigeration systems, and in addition to its high COP value (coefficient of performance), it is also characterized by a very low GWP (global warming potential) of less than 150 and an ODP (ozone depletion potential) of 0. If R-454C is released into the atmosphere, it contributes to the greenhouse effect at least 10 times less than currently used refrigerants.
