Here’s how it works
The BE52 displays measured values in an easy-to-read format on a large, backlit LCD screen. Thanks to its convenient hold function, measured values can still be read on the screen even after the measurement is complete. During a continuity test, an audible signal alerts you to a short circuit or a closed circuit, allowing you to work more efficiently since you don’t have to keep your eyes on the screen while taking a measurement.
To keep both hands free for measurement tasks, a fold-out stand is integrated into the back of the device. This allows the meter to be placed on a flat surface in an easily readable position. In dark work environments, the built-in flashlight ensures optimal lighting of the work area. The device’s automatic shut-off (Auto-Power-Off) after 15 minutes of inactivity is battery-friendly and practical.
The BE52 is 100 percent “MultiMeasure Mobile-ready” and is therefore equipped to meet all requirements for the professional evaluation and documentation of measurement data. Recorded measurement data can be easily and conveniently transferred via the integrated Bluetooth® interface to a smartphone or tablet, where it can be professionally evaluated and logged using Trotec’s free MultiMeasure mobile app (Android and iOS).
And it’s good to know: As a true RMS measuring device, the BE52 accurately measures even non-sinusoidal signal waveforms and thus directly determines the true effective value of each variable. “True root mean square” (translation: “true root mean square”) refers to the accurate determination and output of the true effective value.
