Two-inlet centrifugal fans, semi-reinforced series, made of galvanized steel, grade Z-275. Free-running output shaft for belt drive. Includes a double-shaft end and a square frame, which facilitates assembly in eight possible positions.

The forward-curved impeller is manufactured with integrated blades, which give the fan high rigidity and high performance. The bearings are rigid, self-aligning ball bearings that are sealed and lubricated for the entire service life.

The small-series design consists of side frames and a support crossbar, while the large-series design includes a triangular frame and bearing supports.

RUBBER-TYPE ANTI-VIBRATION MOUNTS

Rubber-type anti-vibration mounts are available as an option in sets of four, along with the necessary screws for installation. They are selected based on the weight and RPM of the motor-fan.

SPRING TYPE T+P ANTI-VIBRATION MOUNTS

Spring-type anti-vibration mounts are available as an option in sets of four, along with the mounting plate and the necessary screws for installation. They are selected based on the weight and RPM of the motor-fan.

ANTI-SPARK CONSTRUCTION

The fans are manufactured in accordance with the UNE-EN 14986 standard. The spark-proof design includes an inlet guard as well as copper side plates or a copper inlet, depending on the fan size.

Made of galvanized steel, it is designed to fit the inlet of single-inlet fans. It is supplied separately, not pre-assembled.

MOTOR SUPPORT BENCH

Made of galvanized steel, it features a swing bench with a pivot point to facilitate tightening the transmission.

SHAFT GUARD – S/I

Galvanized omega-shaped component with holes for cooling, designed to cover the shaft and bearings of single-inlet fans.

FLEXIBLE CONNECTION HM (NOT MOUNTED)

Made of polyester canvas and PVC. It is supplied unassembled. It can be attached to the front of the air intake on one side and via a connecting flange on the opposite side.

Made of polyester canvas and PVC. It is supplied mounted on the front of the motor-fan assembly. It can be attached to the front of the air intake on one side and via a connecting flange on the opposite side.

DRAIN PLUG

Made of brass and located at the bottom of the fan to facilitate the draining of the capacitors.

EXTERNAL GREASE NIPPLE

An external grease nipple that allows the bearings to be lubricated. It consists of a PVC tube and two connectors at each end.

THREE-SPEED MOTOR

Optionally, the TMD series can be supplied with a three-speed motor, an enclosed motor (IP54), a 4- or 6-pole single-phase motor, insulation class F, with an integrated junction box and stuffing box.

SUPPORT FEET SET

Made of galvanized steel with stamped reinforcements, it comes with screws and rubber anti-vibration mounts for installation.

EPOXY PAINT

The casing, impeller, frame, and deflector are finished with a highly durable and resistant epoxy paint and a high-performance epoxy varnish.

SHAFT POINT GUARD

Metal protection painted with epoxy in RAL 3000, which prevents contact with the shaft.

SINGLE-PHASE SPEED REGULATOR

It controls the speed and torque of the AC motors by converting frequency and mains voltage into infinitely variable values, while maintaining a constant relationship between them. Designed for fans with single-phase motors.

Manufactured from galvanized steel in accordance with Security Standard UNE 100250. It is supplied unassembled.

Aluminum and special resin discs to prevent particles or corrosive elements from entering single-inlet fans.

MOTOR SUPPORT BRACKET

Made of galvanized steel, it allows the motor to be mounted directly on the housing. It comes with a tensioner, rubber guard, and screws.

SLIDING MOTOR BASE

Made of galvanized steel, it allows for adjustment of the transmission and the motor. Available in 3 sizes for motors with frame sizes ranging from 63 to 180.
