The Ideal Ultrafog produces a very fine mist with droplet sizes of 2–4 microns, making this professional industrial humidifier suitable for a wide range of applications. Its compact dimensions make the unit easy to install and easy to move from point A to point B.

Its compact size and high capacity make the Ultrafog humidifier quick to set up (all you need is a water connection and a power source) and easy to move around in warehouses, print centers, laboratories, large offices, and other spaces where maintaining the correct humidity level is important, without the need to install or design a complex humidification system.

Water vapor, consisting of extremely tiny droplets, evaporates immediately and does not condense on the floor or around the humidifier.

Centrifugal force

The device sprays water onto rapidly rotating discs; centrifugal force propels the water with great force, forcing it through a fine mesh, which breaks the water into fine droplets. The device’s fan disperses the mist and accelerates evaporation. The water droplets are so small (2–4 thousandths of a millimeter) that they evaporate quickly and increase the humidity in the room.

The Ultrafog humidifier can also be used in small rooms where there is no risk of water condensing on surfaces. A hygrostat is required to set the room’s humidity level, which the device uses to reduce the size of the mist droplets to 1–2 microns. The hygrostat can be found under “Accessories.” The device is also suitable for connection to a ventilation system.

By producing an exceptionally fine mist, the unit becomes suitable for connection to an air duct, allowing its operation to be distributed across multiple rooms and compensating for the drying effects of HRV units and other ventilation systems.

Maintenance-free air humidifier

There is no need to install humidification filters on the unit. The components used in the unit are high-quality and durable.

In dusty conditions, the Ultrafog can be equipped with a dust filter that cleans the intake air and prevents dirt from accumulating inside the unit, thereby ensuring consistent and reliable operation of the humidifier even in industrial environments or other situations where the room contains dust or other air pollutants.

Easy to install

The availability of electricity and a water supply are sufficient for the device to operate. Its compact size and light weight make it easy to use in many locations and quick to install.

There are several accessories available for the air humidifier to improve its performance or protect it when operating in harsh conditions.

Ultrafog is equipped with a float valve that controls the water supply; no water pump is required, as the pressure from the water supply is sufficient. The desired humidity level can be adjusted using a hygrostat, which turns the unit on and off based on the room’s humidity level. There are two options for this: the Hale Hygro Control, which is an accurate and reliable solution for standard situations, and the Idealin Digicon hygrostat, which is particularly accurate.

The Ultrafog comes equipped with a 2-meter FE water hose that can be connected directly to a 1/2-inch water connection, as well as a 1.5-meter power cord. Hoses, hygrostats, rotors, water tanks, connectors, and other accessories can be found in the accessories section.
