How does it work?
When installing SteamPLUS®, an additional steam/heat exchanger is added. This special steam generator ensures that the water is superheated so that steam with a temperature of +/- 150 °C is produced at the spray nozzle . This enormous volume of steam—up to 17,000 liters per minute (!) is sprayed onto the surface at a high operating pressure of up to 250 bar . The enormous amount of energy released when water turns into steam creates a “thermal shock,” which allows for the removal of (atmospheric) pollutants, graffiti, chewing gum, paint layers, etc., without damaging the surface.
The SteamPLUS® feature can be easily activated using the button on the control panel.
What can I do with this?
- Remove graffiti and layers of paint without using chemicals and/or removers and without causing damage.
- Removal of chewing gum at least
6 times faster than other methods (2,000–3,000 pieces per hour)
- Cleaning without damaging monumental facades, works of art, wooden elements, paving, etc.

Deep cleaning without damaging the sensitive surface
Unlike high-pressure water, SteamPLUS® does not clean through impact force. SteamPLUS® is effective because the enormous amount of energy released when water is converted into steam causes thermal shock. This breaks the bond between the surface and the contaminants, allowing them to be removed without damaging the surface.
Disinfection and Odor Control
No additives are needed for disinfection and/or odor control with SteamPLUS®; the high temperature does the job and kills bacteria and viruses. Odors (such as the smell of urine, food scraps, or feces) are also caused by bacteria. SteamPLUS® removes the source of the odor rather than simply masking it.

What makes SteamPLUS® different?
The water-to-steam ratio is AquaPLUS® 90/10 ; for the high-pressure steam technology SteamPLUS®, the water-to-steam ratio is 10/90 .
AquaPLUS® is a technology that combines traditional (hot) high-pressure water
and SteamPLUS®. A balanced mixture of superheated water and steam utilizes the advantages of both. The water (90%) provides the impact and rinsing action, while the steam component (10%) creates a limited thermal shock effect
In many cases, chemistry isn’t necessary.
Cleaning the Surface kIf surface damage is of lesser importance and work speed is more important, AquaPLUS® is ideal for use.
When using a high-pressure washer: deep cleaning and/or removal of paint and graffiti from damage-sensitive surfaces such as vulnerable historic buildings SteamPLUS® is the ideal choice.
What can I do with this?
- The surface is not susceptible to damage.
- In some cases, AquaPLUS® cleans faster than SteamPLUS® because it has a higher water content. However, the high water content can also cause surface damage compared to SteamPLUS® .
- AquaPLUS® is suitable for industrial cleaning and removes graphite, paint layers, air pollution, resin, adhesive layers, road markings, etc., without the need for cleaning agents or removal paste.
WeedPLUS® is a 100% environmentally friendly hot-water weed control technology
The WeedPLUS® hot water weed control system eliminates weeds by overheating the weed plants without the use of pesticides. WeedPLUS® is available as an optional accessory High-pressure trailers , Trailerjet- M/L and Trailer kits .
How does WeedPLUS® work?
Weed control with WeedPLUS® is possible anywhere. The wheeled spray head and spray boom allow for extremely selective application, resulting in no collateral damage.
Since the operating speed is up to 30% faster than that of other alternative weed control methods and since up to 60% fewer treatments are required, WeedPLUS® is also the best alternative from an economic standpoint.
What can I do with this?
- Effectively controls weeds at a rate of up to 2,000 m² per hour
- Work quickly and efficiently: 2–4 km/h with a 50-cm-wide stainless steel spray bar
- The spray nozzle allows for very precise treatment of weeds without causing collateral damage to other vegetation
WeedPLUS® hot water weed control—probably the most effective
The University of Copenhagen (research by Prof. P. Kristoffersen) has studied the use of hot water to control weeds, and it is clearly the most effective alternative weed control method (see the figure below).
Conclusion: only 4 treatments per year (compared to 8 hot-air/burning treatments) Significantly lower weed percentage year-round (compared to all other methods)

100% fossil-free / multi-fuel
The engine and heat exchanger(s) of the new-generation Trailerjet high-pressure trailers are compatible with new environmentally friendly fuels such as fossil-free HVO100/XTL , NESTE, biodiesel (B100), Aspen diesel, GTL, HVO20, HVO50, etc., but Trailerjet also works perfectly with regular diesel fuel.
Hydrotreated vegetable oil
HV0 stands for “Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil,” which is a diesel fuel made from vegetable oils and waste materials. The letters indicate the purity of the blend. HV0100 is the purest form and therefore offers the greatest environmental benefits.
Better for the environment, the climate, users, and the machine
Fossil-free and low-emission fuels are not only better for the environment, but also for the engine and the user’s health. HVO100 complies with the EN 15940 standard.
