The APL ATEX-MARKING II3GD filter is manufactured from electrical components that comply with ATEX directives for zones G2-D22. They can be used in potentially explosive areas where explosive dust or gases are present. They are certified for Category 3GD.
The system’s motor is designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation without the need for maintenance. The tangential intake opening is equipped with an integrated cyclone, which improves the efficiency of particle separation. In addition, the external electrical panel ensures easy and safe access for operating the system.
Special filter media can be selected from the available options to meet specific needs. To ensure greater corrosion resistance, a stainless steel collection tank or a stainless steel tank and filter chamber are available. Other optional accessories include grounding for safety, an absolute HEPA filter for enhanced filtration, and an ATEX-certified version for explosive environments.
