DENA BVF Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, ATEX Version

The BVF ATEX-MARKING II3GD filter is manufactured using electrical components that comply with the ATEX directives for Zones G2–D22. They can be used in potentially explosive areas where explosive dusts or gases are present. They are certified for Category 3GD.

The BVF ATEX is a high-performance, three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner from DENA’s premium series, designed for demanding applications. Compact yet durable, measuring 63 x 51 cm, it features a sturdy steel frame coated with epoxy paint for maximum durability. Equipped with a cart featuring fixed and swivel wheels, it ensures easy maneuverability in various work environments. Its three-phase motor enables continuous operation, while the automatic filter cleaning system minimizes maintenance and maximizes efficiency. The cartridge filter, combined with an automatic compressed-air cleaning system, ensures consistent performance and saves the operator time. In addition, the integrated cyclone protects the filter by preventing clogging from larger particles, thereby extending its service life between cleanings. The BVF uses filter cartridges tailored to specific types of dust, offering options such as polyester, polypropylene, or PTFE. Accessories, such as HEPA filters or collection bag systems, further enhance its versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
