Class I Acoustic Sound Calibrator PCE-SC 09-ICA

Sound calibrator for mobile use / for various evaluation filters /
Accuracy: IEC 942, Class 1 / for microphones of various sizes

The sound calibrator is a battery-powered sound source. It allows for direct and rapid calibration of sound level meters and other noise measurement systems. The adapter mounts allow 1-, ½-, and ¼-inch sound level sensors to be connected to the sound calibrator and monitored.

The calibration frequency of the sound level meter is 1000 Hz. This is the internationally standardized reference frequency for evaluation curves. This means you can use this sound level meter to calibrate sound level meters with weighting filters A, B, C, or D. The calibration pressure of this sound level meter is 94 ±0.3 dB (1 Pa) and 114 ±0.3 dB (10 Pa). Therefore, the sound level calibrator is used, for example, in quality assurance for testing sound level meters or in calibration laboratories.

– Sound pressure levels of 94 and 114 dB
– for rating filters A, B, C, and D
– ready for immediate use
– Accuracy Class 1, IEC 942
– easy to use
– Adapter for various microphones
