They were tested in a 30㎥ chamber in accordance with the Korea Air Purifier Association standard (SPS-KACA 002-132:2018, as amended) to measure the removal efficiency of 0.01㎛ particles. The test was conducted at maximum fan speed under normal room temperature and humidity conditions. Performance may vary in customers’ actual living environments.
² Coway air purifiers equipped with filters featuring GreenHEPA™ technology removed 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, fungi, and pollen from the air, based on tests conducted by the Japan Food Research Laboratories (JFRL) in accordance with the JEM 1467 standard. Both tests were conducted using small test samples cut from the green HEPA filter material; therefore, this disclaimer applies to all Coway products that use this filter.

This specific test was conducted using human coronavirus (HCoV-OC43) as an experimental model virus (not COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)), as OC-43 is one of seven types of coronaviruses that can infect humans.
