Since common surface-mounted outlet combinations can accommodate both a 16 A CEE outlet and a 32 A CEE outlet, this combination is often found in mobile construction site power distribution cabinets.
Whether they are electric heaters, dehumidifiers, high-performance centrifugal fans, or portable air conditioners—when exceptionally high performance is required, such devices usually cannot operate without three-phase power. And even if workers carry the appropriate power distribution unit with them, there may sometimes be a shortage of suitable connection cables.
