PlanoPT Door-Mounted Connection to the Kauanduslik PT Series Air Conditioner
When using water-cooled PT air conditioning units, it can sometimes be difficult to install the connection kits on an externally mounted heat exchanger, depending on the installation location—for example, in cases of high walls or missing intermediate floors, such as in halls.
For situations like these, the PlanoPT door-level connection is the ideal, time-saving solution!
With the PlanoPT under-door line, connection kits between water-cooled PT air conditioning units and their external heat exchangers can also be installed under doors to save time—with a total connection length of up to 40 m.
PlanoPT, which is unique worldwide and available exclusively from Trotec, is equipped with all the necessary connections for quick installation of the connection kit. Quick-connect fittings and plugs for the power line and condensate hose.
PlanoPT can be used with all water-cooled PT models and is equipped with all necessary connections on both sides, ready for use. It is supplied ready for connection to the PT 6500 S air conditioning unit and can also be combined with the PortaTemp 4500 W or PortaTemp 6500 W using an optional adapter cable.
The flow design of the watertight multi-chamber system was specifically optimized for the flow rates of PT air conditioning units and ensures trouble-free flow without back pressure, despite the central section being only 6 millimeters high.
Thanks to its exceptionally flat center section, the PlanoPT can be installed under virtually any standard interior or exterior door. The PlanoPT does not affect the door’s locking mechanism, so, for example, the exterior doors of event venues can remain locked.
