JETVENTIL Axial Impulse Jet Fan for Parking Garages
JetVent Axial Impulse fans are specifically designed to provide high-velocity airflow to help overcome problems caused in part by obstructing structural beams and low ceiling heights in parking garages, without compromising the performance and efficiency of the ventilation system.
A centrifugal fan designed for ventilating parking garages and underground service areas to reduce the level of contaminated air and help extract smoke in the event of a fire.
Applications
Special Axial Impulse jet fans are designed to extract pollutants, such as CO, from enclosed parking garages and to remove smoke and heat in the event of a fire, in order to protect occupants and the building. Their compact dimensions make it possible to overcome architectural and structural challenges, such as low ceiling heights, without compromising the performance of the unit or the ventilation system.
CONSTRUCTION •
- The fan housings are heavy-duty, made of sheet steel, roll-formed, welded, and hot-dip galvanized in accordance with BS 729.
- Integrated mounting feet.
- Axial fan with adjustable pitch
- Blades made of high-quality die-cast aluminum (LM6)
- The drums are made of die-cast aluminum (LM24)
- ISO dynamically balanced impellers 14694, Grade G6.3.
- Integrated intake and exhaust silencers installed on both sides of the fan
- The silencers are constructed with an outer surface of pre-galvanized steel sheet and an inner lining of pre-galvanized perforated sheet metal.
- The intake silencer is fitted with a galvanized guard, while the outer silencer has a deflector mounted on the driver’s side to direct the airflow in the desired direction
- Fully enclosed, air-cooled motors, metric scale, IP55 protection rating, insulation class H, two speeds (Dahlander winding)
- These motors are suitable for normal continuous use at +40°C and for a single emergency operation in smoky conditions at +300°C for 120 minutes.
- A snap-in isolator switch is included.

- The fans come with accessories (intake and exhaust silencers, side guards, and deflectors) that have been tested and certified by the BSI in accordance with the European standard EN 1201-3:2015, providing up-to-date information on the safety, performance, and noise levels of these electrical devices that you can rely on. • Designed and manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015, the Machinery Directive (MD), the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC).
Accessories:
Terminal box (HAT models). • These single-use motors are suitable for emergency operation in smoke conditions at +400°C for 120 minutes and for normal continuous operation at +40°C.
