Technical Specifications
Blauberg is made of galvanized steel, filled on the inside with a 50-mm-thick layer of non-combustible mineral wool for thermal and acoustic insulation, and the fan housing is mounted on a support frame, which features integrated vibration isolators.
- The motor has one or three speeds, a short-circuit rotor, and a centrifugal impeller with forward-curved blades; it is equipped with ball bearings to ensure a longer service life.
- Overheating protection provided by integrated thermal switches and cables for connecting to external protective devices.
- The motor impeller assembly is mounted on a rotating door, which makes it easier to maintain the fan.
- Fans are available for round air ducts with diameters of Ø 150, 160, 200, 250, 315, 355, 400, and 450 mm.
Assembly
- The exhaust device is compatible with round air ducts.
- The fan must be grounded.
- The diameter of the valve corresponds to the standard dimensions of the air duct.
- Wall Mounting UM Iso -K mounting bracket. Available for separate order . The motor has an external terminal box for connecting to the power supply.
Adjusting Workload and Speed
- Smooth or progressive speed control using an automatic transformer or a frequency converter. Both are available upon separate request .
