Ideal Clima Kers+100 Local Heat Recovery Ventilation Unit
The KERS+ series consists of local mechanical ventilation units with heat recovery that are installed in a suitable wall opening. These high-performance units are designed to ensure the necessary air exchange for every room by recovering heat from the exhaust air and transferring it to the fresh air entering the room.
- “Removing Mold from Walls” – The heat recovery unit keeps humidity levels under control, preventing mold growth.
- “Excessive humidity in the bedroom”– The Kers+ 100’s automatic humidity control feature is your biggest ally here.
- “Fresh air without opening a window” – an advantage of a heat recovery unit (no heat loss in winter).
- “High CO2 levels in the room” – Helps bring CO2 levels back to normal, ensuring a healthy indoor climate at home
- “Local Heat Recovery Ventilation” – the unit can be installed only in the room with the problem – significant savings
- “Heat Recovery System for Apartments” – The ideal solution for renovators of apartment buildings and other structures
- “Ultra-quiet ventilation unit” – The Kers+ 100 has a sound pressure level of just 29 dB (3 m)
The device is equipped with:
- Wall-mountable, divided into sections, and made of soundproof plastic channeling
- Inlet and Outlet Grates
- Energy-efficient EC fans with speed control
- A ceramic heat exchanger with an efficiency of up to 94% and featuring an antibacterial treatment.
- Filters are installed on both sides of the heat exchanger to clean the intake air and protect the G3-class heat exchanger.
- A remote control that lets you adjust the airflow without connecting any wires
- Wi-Fi capability included as standard (remote control via Wi-Fi+ adapter)
- Wind-resistant roller shutter in accordance with standard EN 13141-8
- Automatic Nighttime Speed Dimming
- Activating ventilation based on ambient humidity
All equipment that complies with European directives is marked with the CE mark (TÜV) and comes with the corresponding certificate of conformity.

VRKS27W – KERS+ 100 Precision Heat Recovery Unit with Remote Control
A spot heat recovery unit for installation within perimeter walls, featuring a high-efficiency hexagonal ceramic heat exchanger capable of handling a maximum airflow rate of 60 m³/h, alternating between supply and exhaust modes, with a useful internal volume of up to 60 m³. Equipped with an automatic air barrier damper in accordance with Regulation CE13141-8, a night mode (nighttime noise reduction), and a humidity control function. Sound pressure level at a distance of 3 m is less than 29 dB in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 3746:1997 standard; external noise attenuation is 40 dB; features an energy-efficient EC motor with power consumption of less than 10.5 W. A remote control is included, and Wi-Fi capability is standard.
KERS+ devices are designed to perform the following functions in every room:
- Supply fresh air taken from outside the building at a flow rate of up to 100 m³/h
- Recover up to 97% of the heat from the stale air extracted from rooms to heat (in winter) or cool (in summer) the incoming air before it enters the room, resulting in significant energy savings.
- Filter the incoming air and the air being extracted from the rooms.
These units are designed for use in residential buildings, specifically for ventilating rooms where centralized ventilation is not considered feasible. They can be installed through walls and are therefore particularly well-suited for renovations and partial renovations of rooms where mold is forming due to inadequate ventilation or where CO2-rich air needs to be removed.
The maximum airflow rate for each unit is available in four sizes: 25, 50, 60, and 100 m³/h, depending on the model. KERS+ heat recovery units ensure adequate air exchange for rooms with floor areas of 9, 18, 22, and 37 m², depending on the model (with an air exchange rate of 0.5 vol/h and an interior height of 2.7 m).
The machine is equipped with an EC motor fan with energy recovery, which is capable of reversing the airflow in the recovery unit and operates in two phases:
Stage 1:
The fan draws hot air from the room and sends it through the heat recovery unit to the outside. This cools the air while retaining the heat it contains.
Stage 2:
The fan reverses the airflow and draws in cool air from outside. When this air comes into contact with the heat recovery unit, it is warmed before entering the room.
The remote control included as standard equipment allows you to:
- Use Kers+ only in extraction mode or only in input mode.
- Adjust the fan speed according to the desired humidity level.
- Setting up automatic night dimming
- Set up automatic ventilation based on three humidity thresholds
- To quickly remove unpleasant odors, activate the boosted suction function at maximum speed for 30 minutes.
- Turn Kers+ on and off.
Using the device’s buttons, you can:
- Set three operating speeds
- Configuring heat recovery and activating automatic nighttime dimming
- Displays operating speed and the need to clean the filters using LEDs
To install the recovery unit, drill a through-hole in the perimeter wall for KERS+ 25/50/60/100 Wi-Fi-ready devices, with a minimum diameter of 102/162/162/202 mm, at a 2° or 3° angle outward. The channel can be adjusted according to the actual thickness of the wall. All that is required is a 110–230 Vac power source using a 2×1.5 mm² cable. Control is via the device’s retractable buttons, the remote control included in the package, a free remote control adapter, or Wi-Fi.
