IDE 20 kW Diesel Blower for District Heating
The smallest heat blower in Trotec’s IDE series—if you’re looking for a compact, affordable, and reliable diesel-heated solution for flexible heating applications. Whether in a workshop, warehouse, production facility, or construction site—with a heating capacity of 20 kW, the IDE 20 safely generates clean, dry hot air at rates of up to 600 m³/h.
The IDE 20 oil-heated blower does not lose its efficiency even during prolonged outdoor use, as it features a wear-resistant housing made of double-coated material, supported by a smooth-running sled-type frame with cable connectors and a built-in fuel tank. And when using the optional flue gas outlet, this heater can also be flexibly used for fully automatic heating of enclosed spaces.
The IDE 20 can be fueled with either diesel or heating oil, and a high-quality fuel pump ensures a continuous supply. An external fuel filter allows for easy access, and the current fuel level can be conveniently read from the level indicator integrated into the tank.
In addition to the standard built-in thermostat for temperature control, the IDE 20 has an additional connection for an external thermostat, which can be ordered as an optional accessory, if the oil heater’s fan needs to be installed up to 25 meters away from the location where the warm air is to be delivered.
