Heylo Maxox-DF Oxidizing/Disinfecting Solution for Bacteria and Mold, 5 liters
For oxidizing bacteria, viruses, mold, and fungi, and for removing the odors they produce in hard-to-reach places such as basements, ventilation ducts, wooden structures, insulation materials, and wall cavities. MAXOX-DF is a solution of hydrogen peroxide and organic peroxide. Together, they cause intense oxidation and disinfection. The preparation has high penetrating power, penetrates deep into porous materials, and exerts its effect there.

Use and Dosage of Maxox-DF
MAXOX-DF is supplied as a ready-to-use solution and is applied using a pulse jet, mist, or thermal sprayer. Use 1 liter per 1,000 m³ of volume for odor neutralization and 1 liter per 100–200 m³ of volume for disinfection.

Are your active ingredients intended solely for disinfection?
No. They can be used for disinfection, odor neutralization, and mold removal.
Do your active ingredients eliminate viruses?
Yes. All Heylo disinfectants have limited virucidal activity.
Can Heylo oxidizing agents be used to disinfect hands?

Can MAXOX-DF be diluted or thinned?
No, MAXOX-DF is a ready-to-use product that must not be mixed with other substances!
What is the difference between PENETROX and MAXOX-DF?
PENETROX and MAXOX-DF have nearly identical compositions. PENETROX is suitable for surface treatment, while MAXOX-DF is intended for large spaces. PENETROX can be applied with a brush, spray bottle, or ULV sprayer. MAXOX-DF, on the other hand, can only be applied using a thermal or pulse-jet fogger.
How can insulation layers be disinfected with Foggen?
You can apply the MAXOX-DF active agent to insulation layers using a fogger. However, the fogger does not provide compression, so a side-channel compressor is required to deliver the fog to the object. The mist is so fine that, for example, in the case of a floating leveling layer, you can monitor the mist output at the edges or through vent holes. Of course, there is a residual risk, since you cannot see inside the object.
Can we spray vehicles, rooms, etc., with PENETROX without hesitation and use them again after a short while? Or do we need to cover upholstery, floors, etc., beforehand and then wipe them down completely afterward (also considering the bleaching effect)? Can we therefore disinfect our employees’ vehicles in a very short amount of time? Can we also disinfect our offices?
We recommend fogging your vehicles and business premises with MAXOX-DF and treating relevant surfaces, such as door handles, counters, or tables, with ALRON CITROX or PENETROX. With MAXOX-DF, there is no need to worry about bleaching. PENETROX cannot be applied via fogging; use only an ULV sprayer or the manual application (wiping with a cloth) method. The risk of bleaching on textiles cannot be ruled out. Bleaching is less likely to occur when wiping with a cloth, as the surfaces are wiped down again, preventing high concentrations from remaining on the object.
Should any residue caused by condensation (on floors, etc.) be wiped away with MAXOX-DF, or can the rooms simply be used again after adequate ventilation?
As a rule, MAXOX-DF does not need to be wiped off, and there is no risk of bleaching. If applied in excess, the product may cause slight staining on surfaces, but this will dissipate after a short time.
