F300 / F400 Smoke Exhaust Fan
APPLICATION
High-temperature, short-casing axial fans, suitable for everyday ventilation (“dual-purpose” models starting at 800 mm in size) and for removing smoke and heat in the event of a fire, in residential and commercial buildings, enclosed parking garages, stores, shopping centers, warehouses, hospitals, schools, subway stations, and theaters, etc.

CONSTRUCTION
- The body is made from a single sheet of material, roll-formed and welded, and then hot-dip galvanized in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461:1999 after fabrication
- The adjustable-pitch impellers are equipped with blades made of high-quality die-cast aluminum alloy (LM6) with a natural finish.
- The blades are factory-set at an angle to provide maximum performance.
- The drums are made of die-cast aluminum alloy (LM24)
- Assembled impellers must be dynamically balanced to G6.3 in accordance with ISO 14694.
- The motors are fully enclosed with protection class IP55, feature sealed ball bearings, have a standard industrial paint finish, and are equipped with Class H insulation in accordance with EN 60034-5.
- The motors are suitable for single-use operation in smoke mode only, at temperatures of +300°C/120 min or +400°C/120 min, and for “dual-use” models, they are also suitable for continuous operation under normal conditions up to +60°C.
- Temperature-resistant conduit system, with an external IP55 terminal box, installed as standard.
