BIEMMEDUE Hot Air Generators
BIEMMEDUE is a company specializing in the designed to heat and distribute air in a specific environment (such as a building, industrial area, or construction site), using various energy sources:
- Gas generators: Use natural gas or propane as fuel to generate heat
- Diesel Generators: Use diesel fuel or other liquid fuels to generate heat
- Electric Generators: Use Electrical Resistors to Generate Heat
How Hot-Air Generators Work
Hot-air heating devices use an energy source to generate heat through a combustion process or electrical resistance. The heat generated is transferred to the air passing through a heat exchanger located inside the unit . The heat exchanger is designed to maximize heat transfer from the heating element to the air without compromising the system’s efficiency, distributing the heat evenly throughout the heated spaces.
Hot-air generators are equipped with control systems that regulate the temperature of the air they produce according to specific needs.
BM2 hot-air generators heat rooms quickly, reducing the wait time to reach the desired temperature, and can be used in many applications, lowering energy costs compared to other heating systems and increasing energy efficiency.
Among the new models featured in the Arcotherm 2024 catalog are the CONFORT 40 E , an electric Plug&Play fixed industrial hot-air generator.

The electric heater is designed for use in prefabricated structures, tents, emergency shelters, and mobile applications where the use of fossil fuels is not permitted. It features an IP 55-rated centrifugal fan that is very quiet (noise level ≤ 66 dB at a distance of 2 meters) and offers high airflow and performance, ensuring high airflow velocity and static pressure for uniform distribution of hot air.
- AISI 321 armored electric resistors surrounded by a high-heat-transfer profile
- Circuit breaker (20 kW, 30 kW, 40 kW)
- Electric cable (0.5 m)
- Preheating and Post-Ventilation
- Use only screws and metric inserts for fastening; do not use self-tapping screws
- Built-in electronic room thermostat (0°/+40°C)
- External Thermostat Socket
- Centrifugal Fan
- FAN-LIMIT dual thermostat with automatic reset
- Manually Reset Safety Thermostat
- Exterior structure made of double-layered steel sheet for thermal and acoustic insulation
Advantages of the New BM2 Electric Generator
Compared to other energy sources, electric hot-air generators have several advantages.
First , they are highly energy-efficient: electrical energy can be converted directly into heat without significant losses, making them more efficient than generators that use fuels such as gas or diesel.
They are also safer ( no internal combustion, no risk of gas leaks or fire), more environmentally friendly ( no exhaust fumes, smoke, or harmful odors), and quieter during operation .
In addition , they are extremely easy to install: they do not require the installation of gas or oil lines or the ventilation of combustion gases, which simplifies the installation process and reduces costs.
Finally , they require little maintenance: compared to generators that use fossil fuels, electric heaters do not have filters that need to be cleaned or fuel that needs to be replaced, which reduces maintenance costs and effort in the long run.
