Trotec WA 4 Water Separator for Use with MultiQube Insulation Layer Dryers
The WA 4 water separator features an integrated microfilter system with a maintenance-friendly magnetic-lock filter housing designed to accommodate microfilter cartridges with triple filter elements. This makes the WA 4i a flexible, all-in-one solution that combines all pre-HEPA filtration stages in a single unit.
Advantages: advanced flow-optimized filter technology, faster assembly, reduced material and space requirements—no need for a separate microfilter housing.
When it comes to drying insulation layers on surfaces up to 40 m², no other model can compete with this water separator, because despite its ultra-compact dimensions, the unit is fully equipped with numerous practical design features, such as an even more maintenance-friendly design, TTKwic quick connectors, a cable collector, a residual water drain, and much more.
This powerful water separator is ideal for use in combination with the current insulation-layer drying units in the Trotec MultiQube series and is 100% compatible with previous models.
WA 4 Microfilter Cartridge with Triple Filter Element
A maintenance-friendly integrated solution that allows for quick and easy replacement of a single cartridge.
It can only be installed in the WA 4 filter chamber in the direction of the airflow, thereby providing even greater safety during use.
This makes it possible to install systems that operate, control, and monitor process information even more efficiently, in addition to their already extremely space-saving designs!
With a filter area of 0.16 m² and a nominal flow rate of 50 m³/h per filter element, the WA 4 microfilter cartridge is optimally matched to the maximum air output of the MultiQube insulation layer dryers’ vacuum turbine. The filter cartridge, which features minimal flow resistance, is classified as filter class F8 according to DIN EN 779 and thus meets the requirements for a prefilter in HEPA filtration systems.
