HALE 60DWC Professional Smart Humidifier
A high-quality, high-capacity, user-friendly, simple, and portable powerful air humidifier
The HALE 60DWC is designed for use in environments where only the highest-quality solution will suffice to bring and maintain humidity at a comfortable and healthy level. The 60DWC combines exceptionally high performance, high-quality components, quiet operation, and innovative solutions for efficient, safe, and discreet air humidification.
The HALE 60DWC is a water humidifier with a capacity of 60 liters of water per day; it can be set up quickly and easily, requires minimal maintenance, and can be used on the go.
Hygienic benefits for a clean and healthy indoor environment
The 60DWC humidifies the air using the air-wash principle, whereby water evaporates naturally, does not release limescale into the air, and the air is purified of dust particles. The 60DWC does not emit visible steam or mist, so unwanted condensation cannot form on surfaces. The unit is easy to fill with water, but it can also be connected to the municipal water supply for continuous operation.
Continuous air quality monitoring and automatic operation
The 60DWC is a high-quality air quality measurement and monitoring system in which the humidifier’s operation is automatically adjusted based on measured conditions and automatically maintains optimal humidity. This system also allows you to measure and monitor indoor air quality via the HALE cloud—not only humidity, but also particulate matter, temperature, CO2, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in your indoor space.
- Professional Air Humidifier
- Very high power, low energy consumption
- Quick and easy to use
- Mobile Usability
- Wheelbarrow water tank, easy to fill
Easy-to-install air humidifiers
The HALE 60DWC humidifier is a “plug & play” automatic humidifier; all you need to do to start it up is plug it into an outlet. The water tank is removable and easy to transport on a cart. The unit stands on sturdy wheels, making it easy to move around.
The desired humidity level can be set between 30 and 70%; the device automatically adjusts and maintains the humidity at the desired level.
In designing the control buttons, great attention has been paid to ergonomics, which makes it easy to operate, set up, and use the device.
Air quality measurement for automated operation and continuous monitoring of your indoor climate
The HALE 60DWC automatic humidifier can be controlled via the control panel, the HALE cloud service platform, and an app designed for Android and Apple devices. This allows you to connect and use multiple humidifiers and sensors in different buildings, floors, and rooms.
The operating mode and desired humidity level can be adjusted or locked to prevent disturbances, for example, in public places. The relative humidity setpoint can be adjusted within a range of 30–70% in 5% increments.
Optional Accessories
The 60DWC smart sprinkler can be controlled via HALE CLOUD using a smartphone or desktop computer. You can even monitor and control multiple devices and measurements from a single account.
The app allows you to expand the system’s capabilities with the HALE AIR SENSE air quality monitor (sold separately) to monitor air quality and humidity more accurately. The monitor’s function allows you to analyze relative humidity, particulate matter levels, temperature, total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), and CO₂ in the air over an extended period. The automation feature can be activated when you need to turn the unit on and off according to preset settings.
We offer a comprehensive solution for monitoring your air quality and maintaining it at the proper level. The HALE CLOUD server is located in a secure facility in the Netherlands and complies with strict privacy and data protection laws.
HALE 60DWC Air Humidifier Water Tank
The HALE 60DWC air humidifier has a 30-liter water tank, which is easy to refill thanks to its innovative design. For example, you can remove the reservoir and wheel it to a water source like a wheelbarrow. There, you can fill the tank manually using the included funnel set. Of course, it’s also possible to connect the unit to a permanent water supply.
Extremely High-Capacity Air Humidifiers
The HALE 60DWC, with a capacity of up to 60 liters per day, is suitable for maintaining and preserving humidity in spaces up to 800 m³. This humidifier produces high-humidity air without mist, which can cause condensation or contain lime (dust). This makes the humidifier suitable for use in archives, museums, and any other spaces containing valuable items.
Irrigation with low operating costs
The HALE 60DWC air humidifier combines high performance and versatility with low operating costs. With a power consumption of up to 90 watts, the unit uses a minimal amount of energy. While various professional humidification systems are available only through a lease or maintenance contract, the 60DWC has minimal operating costs. No anti-scale filters are required, and the humidification filter typically lasts one year.
Its sturdy construction and intelligent design make the 60DWC humidifier virtually maintenance-free. However, we can offer this system with a maintenance contract—request a quote today.
Moisturizing for hygienic and safe use
The principle of natural evaporation through air washing prevents bacteria such as Legionella from spreading through the air. The air purification function filters dust particles from the air , and if desired , you can activate the powerful ionization function to achieve an additional air purification effect against fine dust particles, odors, and microorganisms.
The humidifier filter has been treated with an antibacterial coating, and to ensure hygiene even when the device is not in use, the 60DWC humidifier is equipped with the “Smart Dry,” which ensures that the humidifier dries completely inside before being stored away. This prevents the growth of bacteria that can occur in standing water. The humidifier filter has an antibacterial coating.
A high-quality humidifier designed for long-term and reliable use
With the newly developed HALE 60DWC air humidifier, great attention has been paid to durability and reliability. This means high-quality construction, the use of high-quality components, and corrosion-resistant materials.
The result is long-term, reliable performance, low operating costs, and a device that exudes quality in both its operation and user experience
SMART function for remote control and monitoring
The 60DWC is an air conditioner that can be controlled via the HALE CLOUD app using a smartphone, tablet, desktop computer, or laptop. In this app, you can also check air quality and humidity levels. The monitoring feature allows you to analyze changes in humidity, particulate matter levels, temperature, and volatile compounds in the air over an extended period.
The Effects of Moisture
Both in winter and summer, indoor humidity levels can be too low. In winter, outdoor air—which already contains less moisture due to the cold—is further dried out by central heating. Air cooled by air conditioning has very low humidity and can therefore cause health problems or discomfort in the summer. Wooden furniture, hardwood floors, and musical instruments can also be damaged or warped due to low humidity, and plants and animals may be sensitive to excessively low humidity levels. Humidity is usually expressed as relative humidity. This is the percentage of the maximum amount of water vapor that the air can hold at a given temperature and atmospheric pressure. As the temperature drops, the air’s ability to hold water vapor decreases; for the same amount of water vapor, relative humidity increases. When it exceeds 100%, the air is saturated, and dew or fog forms.
A healthy relative humidity level is 50–60%.
Excessively low humidity can cause the following symptoms:
- A feeling of cold despite normal body temperature
- Dry or irritated mucous membranes in the nose and throat
- Irritates the throat
- Dry cough
- Dry, flaky skin
- Chapped Lips
- Dry, burning eyes
- Irritating contact lenses
- Irritated airways
- Increased risk of infection
- Reduced resistance
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Concentration Problems
You can imagine that the right air conditioner is incredibly beneficial.
Humidifiers suitable for the room in question are extremely important. You need to consider the unit’s capacity. This means that the number of liters the unit can humidify must be proportional to the area in cubic meters.
When a large number of rooms (such as a museum and an office) need to be equipped with air humidification, ease of installation is not entirely unimportant. The device itself is Plug & Play and easily connects to a smartphone app, and any water softener can be easily installed by the user without a plumber.
