POWER AND MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

The JUMBO series generators offer high-level performance in terms of both heat output and efficiency:

• The high-temperature-resistant stainless steel combustion chamber and heat exchanger ensure high thermal efficiency. Operating cost savings result from the optimal ratio of fuel burned to heat output.
• An axial or centrifugal fan ensures a large volume of hot air at high pressure and perfect cleanliness.

SECURITY

Biemmedue Jumbo generators are designed and manufactured in accordance with the highest international quality standards to ensure reliable operation, complete safety, and ease of use at all times:

• Automatic operation ensures maximum ease of use
• All generators are equipped with a FAN thermostat for automatic fan control, an automatic LIMIT reset, and a manual LIMIT reset for safe shutdown in the event of accidental overheating or malfunctions.
• The thermoacoustically insulated housing is made of steel coated with epoxy powder baked at 180 °C to ensure excellent resistance to corrosive substances.
• Maintenance is limited to a general cleaning of the components at regular intervals.

Available in floor-standing, wall-mounted, or wheeled versions with large rubber wheels that facilitate movement, all models are equipped with large lifting eyes that make it easy to attach them to a crane or forklift.

• A burner cover drawer that protects against impacts, dust, water, atmospheric conditions, and the oil/condensate collection tank
• A burner equipped with a snorkel to ensure a clean supply of combustion air, connected to the intake pipe from the outside
• The new heat exchanger, combined with new, higher-performance fans, enables a thermal efficiency of 92–93%.
• Better anchoring of the machine’s support structure thanks to sturdy mounting clamps, which allow the machine to be moved on any surface
• Support structure with removable panels for washing inside, even with a hanging machine
• Panels with cross-bracing ribs to ensure greater rigidity and strength
• Use only metric screws and inserts for fastening; do not use self-tapping screws
• Protection of components subject to impact, weather, etc.
• Protective Fan (IP 55):
  • ERP 2009/125/EC, in accordance with European directives, target for 2015;
  • very quiet (noise level ≤ 67 dB at a distance of 2 meters);
  • 7 blades: high performance (airflow velocity and static pressure) for uniform diffusion of hot air through the housing;
  • a fan nozzle for delivering air and ensuring high static pressure;
• The rear electrical control panel (IP 65) is located at the back, preventing it from coming into contact with dust, water, snow, etc.;
• equipped with a sturdy metal cover that allows you to store tools and documents as well;
• Front-accessible electrical panel (IP 65):
  • Located in the front of the machine, inside the burner cover compartment: to prevent exposure to dust, water, and snow, and to make maintenance easier; to facilitate control and operator intervention
• Each main component (fan, burner, thermostats, etc.) is equipped with quick-connect terminals for electrical connections:
  • Speed of assembly/disassembly and technical intervention
  • Troubleshooting installation/disassembly errors

TECHNOLOGY – HOW SAFETY THERMOSTATS WORK:

• Overheating thermostat: Installed in the combustion chamber, it automatically shuts off the flame if the chamber overheats.
• Ventilation thermostat: controls when the fan turns on, ensuring that cold air from outside does not enter the room once the combustion chamber is hot enough. Conversely, when the burner is off, it controls the fan’s operating time to cool the combustion chamber and utilize all the heat it has generated.
• Limit thermostat: Located near the air outlet, it activates when the temperature of the air passing through the combustion chamber exceeds 100°C.

TECHNOLOGY – HOW A PROFESSIONAL BURNER WORKS

A professional burner consists of a fan, a diesel filter with high filtration capacity, a fuel pump, a nozzle, an ignition transformer, and a pair of electrodes, which ensure reliable operation even under the most adverse conditions:

• reliable ignition even in dusty and humid environments without the risk of clogging the air filters;
• a steady supply of heat, even when there is very little fuel left in the tank;
• pre-ventilation for flushing the combustion chamber;
• combustion chamber cooling and exhaust ventilation;
