IRS 2010 Infrared Heater: Height-adjustable, weatherproof 2,000-watt professional heater—with integrated LED lighting and a remote control.

The first demo units

The owners of the first demo units are very satisfied. An elegant stainless steel heater with full heating power (two settings! 1000/2000 watts!), which is impressive in terms of features, convenience, and design! The weatherproof heater is equipped with everything to make both private and professional users happy—from the practical adjustable height of 180–220 cm, to two LED lights, and even a remote control.

With the arrival of spring, the newly designed IRS 2010 radiant heater lives up to expectations in terms of its core functions: it heats up quickly without a long warm-up period. This 69 cm wide vertical radiant heater offers two-stage infrared heating at 1000 W and 2000 W and can heat areas up to 15 m². The infrared heat radiates downward. With its silver aluminum housing and a sturdy base featuring a high-quality, matte stainless steel telescoping pole, it boasts a very attractive design. Whether on a balcony, terrace, loggia, in sales and exhibition areas, or in guest areas for professional outdoor catering.

How an Infrared Heater Works

The IRS 2010 infrared heater features a 1,000- or 2,000-watt heating element and two cozy LED lights that can be turned on even when the heater is off. Thanks to the high-quality stainless steel telescoping pole, the heater’s height can be adjusted in steps from 180 cm to 220 cm. Ideal for use at bar tables, in seating areas, or on lounge chairs, for example.

In accordance with protection class IP55, the floodlight is protected against water jets and foreign objects. Therefore, the IRS 2010 is designed for use in both covered and uncovered outdoor areas. The protective grille also prevents contact with the heating elements. A practical switch provides additional safety, as it deactivates the stable and durable IRS 2010 if it is accidentally knocked over.

IRS 2010 halogen heating tubes generate heat based on the natural principle of solar radiation. And this is particularly energy-efficient, as a large portion of the energy used is converted directly into heat. The heat is distributed silently and without stirring up dust—meaning that people with asthma or allergies can breathe freely in the immediate vicinity of the radiant heater.

This infrared heater is designed for quick assembly, storage, and transport. The individual components (heating element, telescoping tube, and base) are connected to one another without the need for tools. The power source is a 1.80-meter-long power cord with a Schuko plug (CEE 7/7) for European outlets.

Four of the many benefits that I particularly like:

  • portable infrared heater without preheating
  • High-quality halogen-infrared tubes with a lifespan of approximately 5,000 lighting hours
  • Even heat distribution over an area of up to 15 m²
  • two-stage heating power of 1,000 W or 2,000 W
